biography :
-- paige grew up with her father. her mother was twenty when she got pregnant and was planning on putting her daughter up for adoption, but james insisted on taking her and raising her as his own. she had quite a good childhood with him. he's the manager at a paper company and surprisingly really likes his job. it was hard at times for both of them, but james's brother stephen helped out when possible. paige has always had quite a close bond with both her father and her uncle. she's never really had a mother figure in her life or even many female friends, which can be hard at times, but she manages to get help from her teachers with the more awkward subjects most of the time. when she found out about what her uncle could do, she begged him to teach her until eventually he gave in. she's not advanced at all, but she's doing pretty good.
