biography :
-- phoebe was born into the flynn family along with her twin sister pansy. growing up, she always knew she'd never fit into her family's strict image. she started acting out very young, hating being controlled in such a way. eventually, after getting in a really big fight with her parents, she joined the serpents as an act of rebellion. her parents were absolutely livid, close to kicking her out. now, phoebe spends as much time as she can away from home as she knows she's just a disappointment to her parents.
