The next day I wake up, and there's no school for three more days. I'm happy you could say. Today is my birthday, and I have nothing to do. My mom probably doesn't even remember my birthday. All she does is drink and party. I brush my teeth and take a shower to start my day. When I come to sit down on my bed and watch movies all day, there's bouquet of flowers on my bed. I grab them and put my nose up, smelling freshness and sweet nectar, as if they were just bloomed, and cut. Why is there flowers on my bed? I remember last night, and everything that happen, I suppose I have a date with Trey. Trey the vampire slash werewolf. Trey... Trey. I feel like I'm leaving something out. Flowers. Movie. Tickle fight, kiss... Omigod the kiss! He's my boyfriend I forgot! My face burns and I grab one of my collectible orange pop bottles, filling it up with filtered water and places my flowers in them. Where would I put it though? I slide the bottle of flowers on my dresser, and brush my hair. I want to talk to my new friend Amy.
I ring the doorbell, and the women who was in my room the day I hit my head opens it. "You must be Anna." I nod, and wait for her to greet me in. "ANNA!" I hear Amy yell running towards the door pushing her mom out the way and hugging me. "How've you been?" "Ill leave you ladies to it." Amy's mom says walking out of aight in a large hallway that seems to lead to some home library. Amy takes my hand and we go to her room. She's wearing a Corset top with jeans and a clip in her hair so her bangs don't fall to her flawless pale face. "I need to tell you something." "Well go on." Amy gets up and sits at her vanity smearing on hot red lipstick to match her hot red corset. "I...I-I did it." "Did what?" "I had my first kiss." "You never kissed a boy before?" "No." "Well, how was it?" "Scary, but intoxicating." "Yeah, I remember my first kiss. I bit his tongue on accident." I giggle and she starts putting on the lipstick fluffing her hair up, poking out her lips to find different styles. "So who was it?" "W-well." I stutter. "Go on, I don't have all day I have a date to attend to." "I-it w-was t-trey." I say blushing. She stops, and turns to look at me. "What did he exactly tell you?" "Well... He likes me, and... I guess him saying sorry is some type of... Special thing. He even asked me out." My face is burning so much. "What did you say?" She gets up and sits next to me on the bed. "Yes..." I choke out my dry throat. I've never really had conversations like these before. "Hey, Anna. You're doing pretty good. He must really like you because he doesn't ask girls out. And dealing with the fact your special to us vampires, and werewolves, yeah he has a lot of work to do." I look in her red eyes, and she smiles so broad. "Amy... What am I?" She stops smiling and grins weakly, trying to show some happiness. "Well... Your what we all fear, and what we all crave, and what we all need. Our species wiped out yours. Your blood is like cake, it's so sweet we want seconds. But, however when we realized what we done, we only hope one person like you is there so we could-" Out the ordinary Amy's dad opens the door, and looks at me. "Amy, introduce me to your guest." "Daddy, this is Anna, Anna this is my father." He seems to have some type of trouble because he keeps licking his lips, and his stare doesn't move from me. "The smell." He breathes in through his nostrils hard, and looks at Amy. "You'll have to keep her away from others. She's dangerous." "Good day father." She bows her head and he leaves. We paint each others nails, and talk about boys and I for the first time have fun. I never really had a friend like Amy. It was like having a sample of a perfect life. A boy comes in Amy's room, and Trey follows behind. Amy rushes up and literally jumps in the air bear hugging this guy. "Allen! I missed you? What took so long?" He kisses her and his smile shows his teeth. He's one of them. "Trey and I had a little... Talk about..." He sniffs the air and looks at me. "You must be Anna." He drops Amy and walks up to me, bowing and holding out his hand. I look at Amy then back to his hand. This is what people do when greeting back in the 19huundreds, so I place my hand in his and he doesn't kiss it, he sniffs my hand like crack.
Trey comes by and pushes Allen back. "Okay bro, ill meet you guys in the car." They eye each other and Amy eyes me. The couple leaves, and Trey smiles down at me putting his hands in his pockets. He's wearing regular jeans with a shirt that looks over-worn and soft. He has a rosary around his neck, and his teeth show when he smiles down at me. "Anna. You look pretty." I examine myself, and I'm only wearing every-day light blue jeans with a white tank top. "You look nice too." I smile and look down, pushing my hair out my face. He kisses my cheek, and hug my waist as we sit on her bed. I hug his neck, and he looks at me. "Anna, wanna try that kissing again?" I blush super hard and look around trying to avoid the question. My stomach bubbles, and he. Grabs my chin, pressing his lips on mine. We kiss for a while, and he does the nibbling again. We stop and he takes my hand as we walk out the room to Allen's car. Amy is in the passenger seat so we have to sit in the back. All the windows are rolls down, and my air flys everywhere. I feel like I'm taking a sip out of the perfect life cup. It taste so delicious, but what happens when it's all gone?
