The practice

"Once more!", a low voiced ordered.

Two people starts to charge each other with swords. Metal sounds filled the air. A red flowy hair, hazel eyes squinted her eyes, taking charge of the sword fight, she easily knocked the other one out.

"That's it for today.", a guy, black hair and jet black. said and walk himself into a house.

"Are you ok sis?", the red hair asked, offering a hand.

"Yes Sanexia, I'm ok.", a straight jet black hair staring her with hazel eyes.

"Sorry... Did I over?"

"No, father was the one who instructed anyway.", she cut.

The red hair looked at the sunset with hazel eyes sparkling the orange color sky.
"I wonder if mom was here would she be proud?"

"She would, especially seeing her 17 year old twins growing up strong.", Revalina smiled patting her sister's head.

"Girls, dinner's ready!"

"Coming dad!", Sanexia smiled and pulled Revalina's hand, "come on sis , it's gonna be delicious, dad says he cooked your specials."

Revalina nods and went along with her sister into her house.

As they walk into their house, a scent of herbs filled the room, lemon, rosemary, and grilled chicken.

"Sit down, your food will be cold!", their father smiled and put down the foods in the dining table.

Sanexia and Revalina quickly took their plates , and fills them with cooked rice and sat down.

"Thank you for the food.", they chant with soft voice and starts eating.

"Dad, it's delicious.", Revalina complimented.

"You're just saying because it's your dish.", her little sister answered.

"Now now, don't be noisy, you two still need to practice.", his father smiled.

"Yes dad.", they answered in unison.

After eating both of them kissed teir dads and went changing in their rooms.

"If only we could be like this forever.", Sanexia sighed.

Revalina could only look into her sister's hazel eyes and smile wryly.

The condition of Earth wasn't really the peaceful days anymore. It was over populated, highly polluted, many diseases and also calamities. All and all causes humans to become savage. They rob, rape, kill and even eat each other. The twins watches the horror at such a young age that their father quickly took a step to move into a small town far from crowds and towns. They lived in a very deserted area far from even the small town.

This became the reason they train so hard each and every day by their father. Sanexia is really good at short range combats, while Revalina has the best skills at long range combats. They become experts at such a young age while their father keep insisting them to practice more.

"Good night sis.", Sanexia smiled to Revalina and slept soundly.

"Good night." , looking at her younger sister's sleeping face was everything she needed to cope up with problems.

As Revalina closed her eyes, the black space starts to slip in and all it was , is a silent night for the family.
