Josh and I have been home a few hours and are almost done pack , I just can't remember where the wraps are. All of a sudden there is a knock on the door,Josh opens and see's that it's Smackle. "Hey you guy can I ask you a question?" "Always Smackle what's wrong?" Now the thing about Smackle is she has ASD also known as autism spectrum disorder, she is very high functioning and very smart. "What's up Smackle?" Josh says "I am just curious what my role in the twins life will be? I know I'm different and I'm scared I'll hurt them on accident but I want to help any way I can." I look at Josh and back at Smackle honestly I thought this would have come up soon so we are not surprised and have already discussed this with each other "Smackle, you are one of our closest friend better yet you are family. You will be auntie smackle or aunt Isadora or auntie Izzy or what ever the three of you come up with. You're the one they will go to help with things that they don't understand in school, you and Farkle." "Yeah, Smackle you have made our live so much better I can't wait to see how you inspire our children" Josh adds "But what about my autism?" I look at her soft hearted "Smackle, your autism makes you, you. Nothing will ever change how we or anyone else in our group looks at you. You are like my sister just like Riley and Nessa and the boys are my brothers." Smackle look a lot better now and says "thanks guys, oh and Maya the wraps are in the top draw of the baby boys room." I know Smackle doesn't like hug but I can't help it I hug and tell her "Thank you I will see you in a little bit ok."

After Smackle leaves I'm thinking I need to do something for her so she know she is apart of this all the way. I look at Josh and say "I want to do something special for her once they are born. After they are born she is the first to hold them after us." Josh says "I was thinking the same thing." Great minds think a like right.

It's 9pm and we arrived just in time even with a back up of traffics due to a severe accident on the road by the hospital. We walk in and our whole family is there except Smackle. We tell them the plan to have her hold them first, they all like the idea with Farkle saying "guys you rock." Shortly after Smackle and Dr.Jones show up with Smackle saying "I got caught in traffic" Dr. Jones inform us that because of the accident our surgery has been moved back a bit. "I would like to ask have you decided their names yet. We do something special for them when they are born and it help with having a name." We nodded, we hadn't told any one but Topanga and my mom their names to see if the like them now they would know " Yes their names are Lucas Allen Matthews and Faith Riley Matthews." I look over to see Riley, Lucas, Corey and my dad to the point of tears. Lucas is the first to reach us "you named him after me thank you I'm honored." Riley just hugs me and Corey and my dad just cry tears of joy.

By time there is an open operating room it 1130pm. They get started my spinal is in and I can't feel a thing and they get started Josh joins me anxious just like me.
