7. Texting pt.1

[Around 3:05 in the morning]
My phone buzzes.
I open my eyes and I feel like someone banged a truck into my head. Oh boy it hurt. I'm never drinking again.

I check my phone and checked to see who messaged.

It was-

Jess (?)

[My screen⤵]

(I turn around to look at Jess behind me who was staring at me with unblinking eyes)

I screamed and hid under the sheets as I heard Jess's laughter.

Seriously who would do that?

God she was scary.

I kicked her.

Me : "Dude what is wrong with you?! Why are you up so late?!"

Jess : "I was looking at memes." *laughs like a maniac*

Me : "Dude tf it's like 3 in the morning. Get some sleep! We have to go out tomorr- I mean today!"

Jess : "Yeh whatever, You should have seen your face tho" *laughs like a chicken*

Me : *kicks her* "Ugh. Go to sleep."

[At 8:45]

A leg lands up near my face.
Tf.
How even?! (She was sleeping upside down)

With a sigh, I push Jess's leg off and head to the bathroom.

Ahhh~ the pretty bathroom 😍

I come out after having a refreshing bath, which made my head feel better too. I see Jess sleeping.

I wake her up and she goes to have a bath too.

Then I heard her singing "Tag you're it" by the artist Melanie Martinez.

I quickly rush and find my earphones and plug them in.

Today I just wanted to visit the beach. And have some delicious food and (maybe) see our "friends" again.

I also wanted to roam around the hotel today and check out the swimming pool.

[An hour later]

HOW LONG WILL THIS GIRL TAKE!
UGH ISTG I WILL SLAP HER WHEN SHE COMES OUT.

She did come out eventually, and started getting ready. I was grumbling as I put on my shoes and went back to the mirror for one last look at myself.
