Ok so I've gotten some feedback and I realized my story plot isn't clear so let me explain.
1) When Optimus says stuff like what I've been having him say he thinks I'm unconscious or asleep, and when I say what I said in chapter 4 he thinks I'm talking in my sleep.
2) For most of beginning of the story I'm unconscious so there are some details missing but in the sequel (Which is in Optimus POV the whole time) Those details will be there.
3) I'll try to be better with location and what others are doing but this is my first fanfic that I've done so it'll help if I got good and bad feedback so I can get better.
4) I plan to have a fight in the story and a weak lemon with me and Optimus.
5) I cowrite FYI.
6) I can't get a cover picture or pictures in the story. Sorry my fellow transfans.
7) I write before I post so yeah it'll take a while.
