"You were so much more than just a pretty face. You were a hero." Jason said with tears in his eyes as he laid Piper's lifeless body gently on the ground. He rose slowly to his feet. He felt a determination like never before. They would defeat Gaea's forces. Piper's death wouldn't be in vain. He wouldn't let any one else die and when the war was over he planned to sit down with Reyna and apologize for everything.
His memories had made him realize that although he loved Piper, he had never been 'in love' with her. Reyna was a different story. It hurt to lose Piper and it would take a long time to move on, but he knew what he felt for Reyna and he wasn't going to keep it from her again. He'd tried that before and he'd almost lost her. Now all they had to do was win the war. He flipped his coin into a sword and charged into the battle, lightning flashing all around him.
