"Hurry!" Said Max. "I-I can't. I'm so tired" said Maria.
"We have to keep going! it's not safe here!" he replied.
"I'm sorry my love. I can't go on." She said.
"Please" he begged, "Were almost there! we can make it!"
she replied, "I'm dying. We both know this, but your aren't ready to accept it. Don't worry, I'll always be with you."
She smiled. "Time to go..."
Max pulled out a book from his sack. "I'm sorry my dear. I can't live without you." he said. He began to read from the books, muttering strange words in an ancient, unintelligible language. Suddenly, a flash of glowing gold smoke and went out of the chest of motionless form of Maria. It hovered for a moment the floated over to Max and went into his chest. He collapsed.
