I kept thinking about Chan's answer.
They just don't understand what these people are going through
I want to know what he is going through. I didn't want to be rude and tell him that killing himself wasn't the answer.
What if it was the answer. Maybe killing himself was going to help him.
I walked to the convenient store. I went to my favorite aisle. The candy aisle. I saw Jeongin picking up some flowers. I dropped everything and started following him.
He was walking around on the cloudy day. I kept following him until he stopped somewhere.
The cemetery.
I kept following him and hid behind a tree.
"I miss you. Thank you so much for helping me get through my worst times. The voices came back, but worst than ever. I need you. I can't handle it myself. My father is always drunk my mother left me. You know that..." he broke into tears. Sobbing and sniffles was all I heard.
"You were the only one who knew that. It's hard to know that you are gone. I brought you flowers. Camellias were your favorite. Thank you so much for being my only friend."
He left running and it started to rain. Harder than yesterday.
I walked to where he was. The tombstone was engraved with the name.
