When they're done getting ready, they head to the limo. Whitney was quiet the whole ride because she's nervous. Michael looks at her and see that she's scared so he takes her in his arm.
M: Whitney, everything will be fine just relax.
W: I'm fine what make you think that I'm not ! (she said still watching by the window)
M: First I know you, second you're not even watching me and you were quiet the whole ride! (chuckling) Look at me.
w: (she did) I just feel that they will hate that you and me are together! I heard when you were talking over the phone about your father and that's the main reason.I'ts been a while since I saw them. I'm just thinking a lot about it.
M: Aww it's okay babe. I promise that if he tries to say something wrong about you I won't be afraid to face him okay? Come here (he hugs her tight and kiss her forehead)
W: Thank you baby! That's why I love you, you always know how to comfort me. (she kiss him again)
After their conversation, they arrived at Michael's parent house. It's 8:30pm. Mike knocks at the door while holding Whitney's hand. Seconds later Katherine opens the door.
K: Hi babies (she says hugging mike then nippy) come in. (she's says opening the door) Everybody downstairs, Michael is here!
Janet: I'm COMIIIIING! (she says rushing downstairs then she jumps in Michael's and Whitney's arms). I'm so happy that you are here oh my God! (still hugging them)
K: Let them go Janet. (smiling)
J: Sorry ! Hello Whitney I'm so happy that your finally here Gosh it's seems like forever!
M: See I told you she was crazy!
W: I knew she was going to be like that. I remember when we were in high school and I was coming here she would say "are you together" and we told her no, she was sad (laughing)
Janet: Come on. You were always hugging and always running after each other. You were like a couple without knowing it. And FINALLY you are together for God's sake!
They all laugh. And everybody are downstairs and they are going to the dinner table. Joseph didn't say anything to Whitney yet. He's just staring at her while eating, Whitney sees that he was staring but didn't pay much attention.Joseph remembers that Whitney had a little affair with Jermaine. Talking about him, he's also watching Whitney and Michael with jealousy because he still loves nippy. But one of the guys began to speak.
Joseph: When did you start to date Michael, Whitney? ( he said coldly)
W: It's been 6 monts Mr Jackson (she said then look at Michael)
Joseph: Is it good sleeping with two of my sons?
They all look at him shocked. Michael already know about this story but he didn't like the fact that they were dating since Michael had a cruch on Whitney.Plus his father telling this in front of the whole family isn't helping at all. He looks at Whitney who seems disappointed. She then starting to get angry and get up.
W: How could you ask me that? First of all, when it's happened I was young and very stupid. I wasn't thinking. And I'm not the one to blame because he didn't tell me he was married after two months! Now I'm with Michael and this is another story because I actually know that he loves me and that he isn't messing with my feelings. I know him for almost ten years and I always loved him and always will. So if you don't respect that then I don't know why I'm still talking to you!
She left the room heading to the front door when Michael and Janet stop her .
M: Hey baby don't leave. He's just trying to mess with our relationship. But don't let it break you. I loved how you stood in front of him, showing him how stupid he is.
W: But I tried to forget about this whole story and when your father starts telling this in front of all you're family I lost it. I tried so hard to forget how much he hurts me and your father reminding this danm story also your brother looking at us with anger and jealousy was even more stressful.
Janet: Don't worry it's just the way our father is. He's just a joy-breaker. I will let you two talk and see what's going on with him.
W: Michael I love you and you know I wouldn't do something to hurt you and I'm sorry for being the stupid girl that I am. (she says while crying and opening the door)
M:Hey babe don't say that your stupid because we both know that you're not. I love you for who you are and not for what you did, Joseph can says the hell he wants but it won't stop me to love you baby. It's you and me together okay?
W: I love you so much mike thank you for being the best understanding boyfriend that I could ever have.
They go back to the room and see Joseph and Katherine arguing.
K: See that's why my children always leaving the house, because your just so mindless. Why do you think they don't bring they girlfriends in here. You're going to apologies to Whitney RIGHT NOW you hear me.
Joseph: I'm not gon--
K: Yes you will and NOW!
Mike is holding Whitney while they're standing watching Katherine and Joseph. Joseph walks their way and starts to talk
Joseph: Look Whitney I'm sorry for being rude it's just that every girls Michael brought wasn't good enough for him and broke him. He was always sad and would come here to have comfort. I'm done watching him coming to my house all sad and crying.
W: I accept your apologies and I'm not like the other girls. That's all Im saying!
M: She's a lot better believe me!
