9 Tragic news and a friend's death

"Hi, deputy Gold." Killian said as he was sweating over the phone.
Killian: "Yes,It's me detective Jones. I'd like to report a missing person's case."
Gold: "Who's the missing person and where were he or she last seen."
Killian: "My daughter Alice and I don't remember, But I think she was with a friend."
Gold: "Ok,ok. calm down. What's the girl's name?"
Killian: "Robin Mills."
Gold: "O.... I have very bad news for her."
Killian: " Why, What happened?"
Gold: "Her mother....the business manger, she was found dead in her car this morning."
Killian frozen and then hang up.
The next morning Alice awoke with the cat no longer on her chest. "Chess, buddy, where are you!"
"Robin!" Alice shouted as she ran to go wake her love. She shook her lightly. "What." Robin said as she jumped up from the sleeping bag. "Cheshire's gone." Alice said in a panic. "Alice, please calm down. Robin said as she hugged Alice with a soothing hand stroking her blonde hair to comfort her. A week has passed but nothing. Until Robin noticed something in the distance. She walked closer and she saw what happened to the cat..... The cat was dead. She covered her mouth in shock as she looked down at the cat's corpse. So she grabbed a blanket and wrapped it in her arms. "Alice!, I found him." She screamed. When saw her dead cat in Robin's arms. Robin put the cat in a shoebox with the blanket and sent it floating down a nearby river. Alice snuggled into Robin's strong arms,Crying on her chest. A few hours later the girls were found by deputy Gold and when they got to Alice's apartment.Her parents hugged her tightly "Chess is dead." Alice said to her papa. "Robin helped me through everything." Alice said kissing her cheek. "Well I happy and proud of you."Killian said as he hugged both of them. "And Robin I need to speak to you sweetie, it's about your mother." Killian said putting his arms around her as she cried. "Where's Emma and Hope?" Alice asked while comforting her love. "They went to go stay with Hope's grandparents for a while." Killian said.

Killian always knew that his daughter was gay. But he didn't want to expose her to Emma and Hope because she was afraid of coming out of her shell.
