8 Runaway Lovers

The girls drove for hours as looked at the passing roads. "Nobin,Where are we going?" Alice said worried. " Wherever this road takes us I guess." Robin as is was looking to see where they were going. At that point they felt like they were the only two people in the world. Alice didn't know what was going to be at the end of this road but she knew something terrible was going to happen.When night fell they stopped in the nearby woods to rest and set sleeping bags on the gravel covered ground. Robin went hunting with her bow and came back with three dead birds to eat. Over the campfire that same night.They just talked and laughed. Alice checked her watch and it was almost 12:00 a.m. So they both decided to get themselves ready to sleep. Robin put the fire out and both of them climbed into their sleeping bags. Robin went to sleep but Alice didn't go to sleep right away. She stared up at the stars thinking "Wouldn't Emma and Papa be worried that I was gone?" Then she looked down at Cheshire snuggled on her chest listening to him purr. She began to stroke him. After awhile she fell asleep.
