Kalpi's POV:
The cold face woman enters the Hall and she really doesn't look Happy
"Mother!"

Roma's mom screams at the top of her lungs and approaches the Granny
"You didn't tell me you would be here?"
She says with a smile

"Why would I tell you. You never tell me anything"

She says and moves past her then approaches Roma
"Why didn't you tell your Grandmother that you were getting married?"

Roma is at a short of words and she also looks extremely confused

"Mother you must be tired"
Aunt says as she approaches the woman. She takes her bags and approaches the stairs

"Mother"

The old woman turns then nods and they both go upstair

That was awkward

Roma's POV:
The guests are gone now and only the relatives are here. I really wonder who that old woman was and why was Mom calling her Mom.

Mother didn't mention anything about her Mom.
I need to ask her what's wrong

"Why did mother have to come now and how did she even know about Roma?

Says the whispering voices from Mom's room. I know eavesdropping is wrong but it's never a crime I hope

"She probably heard it from a relative but I can't believe you never told Roma"
"Gauri, how did you expect me to bring it up especially knowing how Mother is"

My Mom and Aunt keep on conversing

My Grandma was actually alive? Why didn't Mom tell me?

I have to confront her.
I open the door and step in. They direct their attention to me

"That woman...is my...G.. Grandma?"
I go straight to the point. They both get on their feet
They exchange looks before mom approaches me

"I didn't tell you for a reason"
"And I don't want to hear it"
I cut her off

"Did Ragi know?"
She nods yes
Ragi knew all this while which meant I was the only one kept in the dark

"Do you have any other secrets that you're keeping from me?"
I ask and I can feel tears forming in my eyes

She shakes her head no but I'm not convinced.
I turn I leave the room.

In these kinds of circumstances I would be on my bed with my knees up to my chest and crying helplessly but right now I feel different

I'm I becoming mature?

"So what did you want to tell me?"
Is that Kalpi's voice? What is she doing in the store room?

I look in deeper to see
Whoa!
I'm about to scream when someone from behind close my mouth

"Be quiet"
He whispers and it's Viki
He releases his grip

"Are you spying on them?"
I ask with a raised eyebrow

Well that's what I was doing

"Yeah"
He says
"We were about to leave when Raghav called Kalpi and said he wanted to speak to her"

He says still looking at them
"Aren't you supposed to give them privacy?"

Note.. judge others before they judge you

"You weren't giving them privacy"
He says with a sneaky smile

"I love you too"

What!
That's when I realized Kalpi and Ragi were still talking.
We didn't even focus on what they were saying before but we sure heard that and it was Raghav who said it

A smile quickly forms on my lips and a really surprised look forms on Viki's face as he's still staring.

"I also had feelings for you and I began to realize it during your trauma"
Raghav says again smiling sheepishly.

"It's awkward now"
I whisper in Viki's ear. He nods and heads downstairs

"Kalpi!"

He says at the top of his lungs getting Kalpi and Ragi's attention
"I have to go"
She says
"Yeah...sure"
Ragi replies with a smile

It's nice seeing him this happy.

I continue the walk to my room after blowing Viki a goodnight kiss.

My mood has officially changed from sadness and I've activated the tease Raghav for his shyness mode.
I giggle to myself as I lay on my bed for some much needed beauty sleep.

Confessions can be pretty tough.
