She sat up and looked around before she rolled over and placed her head against the pillow again. She'd went to a planet where nobody could find her in her grief.

As she laid there curled up in her torn pantyhose, her non issued but comfortable boots and a brown longsleeve high/low dress. Her black hair was in a mess of knots as she tried to drown the pain.

Why would someone so beautiful be dressed so shabby looking? To hide herself amongst the people of the planet. It was a refugee planet and she wanted away from her life.

It had been seven weeks from the accident that claimed Cam and Andy's lives.  She laid there hallucinating he was there talking to her.

"Was it easy to be the hero and leave me behind?" She looked at him. He was real to her even though she was in her mind she looked at him and smiled weakly.  "You...you left and you didn't come back this time." She sat up and grabbed her drink to keep the tears away.

"You never think you're gonna die. I didn't want to leave you, Rebekah." He stroked her back.

"But you did! We were finally happy and we were happy parents. We had moments but I stayed faithful to you, I can never love another being the way I do you." She wiped the tears that fell and snotted into a kleenex.

She grabbed her gun and pointed it at the creature who was messing with her mind. "Do you love him, this Andrew Jackson?" It asked.

"Yes I do." She replied as she fought the tears back.

"Did this Andrew Jackson love you, Rebekah?" It asked her.

"Yes, he loved me. He was very.... He made me better than." She said as she squeezed the trigger and didn't flinch at the guns kickback. She had nothing left to lose.

The Air Force gave custody of her kids to Jack and Sam, Natalie was old enough to know she had to take care of the younger three.  She stood over the body, her face blank when she was found.  She had emptied the handgun into it. "Don't ever, mess with my head again."

She walked away with the bottle of whiskey in her hand, half drank and she didn't even care. Mostly she seemed out of it now days. She retreated into her mind where it was safe.

She found her way back to her room and her bed as she laid there she closed her eyes, hoping to relive her happiest.

In her mind:

She was laying on the hood of that  old impala he owned. She was wearing a pair of jeans, a tanktop an open plaid shirt and her boots. Her hair was down and she had a clip in it as she sat up as the movie started to play. She took a sip of her whiskey.

"I was wondering when you'd show up, Andy. Movie started." She took another sip of the whiskey. She stared at the screen.

"Rebekah, you have to snap out of this. Teal'c, Vala, Daniel and Sam need you to step up and get back to earth." He said to her.

"Don't want to watch the movie of the happiest days of my life with you? Get back in the dumpster.  I lost you. I lost you and you promised I never would. But you had to be the hero you always are!" She felt her voice break.

"I refuse to let anyone go through that with me. the Air Force took my babies. Suspended me from off world travel and oh yeah, I'm not even suppose to be on this bloody planet because in retrospect, I made a few enemies." She told him.

In reality:

She sat up and sighed. She couldn't bring him back and yet, there was a perfectly healthy version of him somewhere in the SGC.

She never knew which one was the right one, the original. The real one. She sighed as she gathered her stuff in her bag and made her way to the gate.

She dialed Earth and sent her idc for Walter. She stepped through the gate and on the platform at the SGC.

She took a deep breath and looked around. She held her hands up in surrender. She was put in a withdrawal room as she recovered from the alcohol consumption from the past seven weeks.
