Michael
"I hate you daddy, I hate you!" My little girl, my princess screaming at the top of her lungs that she hated me. All I could show her is how sorry I am.
Dana was on the stairs just watching like she was enjoying the scene before her. She kept quiet like the time Jack came to our home drunk.
After he left Dana refuse to talk about what just happened which lead to her ignoring me for the past two days. I didn't mind it at all, at least I had some peace and quiet even if it was just only a few days.
Now here I am face to face with an angry little girl, my little girl.
"I hate you daddy, you are mean and you don't love me anymore. And I hate her. I wish she was dead, dead, dead, dead!" Where did she learn such harsh words?
"Lacy." I growled softly. She maybe my daughter but I am still her father.
"No, mean daddy mean daddy!" She cried all the way to her room slamming it in the process.
Dana only snickered.
"What did you say to her?" I questioned.
"The truth."
"And what exactly is that?"
"What do you think it is?" she paused taking a deep breath, "Do you honestly think she wouldn't find out?" She threw several magazines at me.
My eyes not leaving the picture before me, in bold letters were 'A new Mommy for Lacy Black' or 'Happy Family bonding Time?' It was a picture of us at the park, my two kids along with Kanna.
How the hell did it get on the front page?
Looking back up at her I snarled, "Did you have me followed?"
"Followed? You a famous business CEO of your own company followed. I'm sorry but you must've been seen by the paparazzi."
"I made sure there were no cameras but you on the other hand..."
"Yes..." She blurted, "While you were playing happy family with the bitch, I was at home thinking of ways to fix our marriage. So, what are you going to do, have her play second mother to our daughter."
"Is that what you told her?"
"Yes," She smugly spoke.
"Why would you tell her that? I would've told her in my own time."
"Ha. She saw the magazine and asked me about it so I told her the truth."
"You had no right." I barked while grabbing her arm.
"She is our daughter, she has the right to know."
Fuck, how dare she do this behind my back. "Take it back. Go to her and fix it."
"You're joking right. I will make sure our daughter hates her." Who is this woman? This is not the same Dana I knew since our teen years.
"I want a divorce." I growled.
"Well too bad because I am not giving you one and if you do not act the happy husband I will sue your precious Kanna for adultery."
"What the fuck Dana. You have no right to do that. She did nothing wrong."
"You say that but she had a child with you and I will make sure Kyle gets taken away. But don't worry I'll make sure he gets put into a good home."
I was stumped, "What the hell happened to you?"
"You, you made me this way. I love you so much and I will do anything to keep you." Suddenly she threw her arms around me crying. "We were friends once please don't leave me. Choose me, choose us. You and Lacy are all I ever have." My heart was breaking. I was breaking. Here I am thinking I am breaking the heart of the woman I am supposed to love but if I decided to stay I will be breaking the heart of the other woman who I gave my heart too.
