It was recess at the academy. He had just sat down when someone had walked through the door. "Who is it?" Iruka asked. Kakashi pulled up a chair on the other side of his desk and placed a paper sack in front of him. "You're awesome boyfriend." Kakashi answered. Iruka laughed and gestured to the bag. "What's that?" He asks. "You're lunch. You forgot to pack yours this morning so I stopped at Ichiraku Ramen." Kakashi said. He pulled out two styrofoam insulated cups and two pairs of chop sticks. "I also wanted to have lunch with you." Kakashi said, pulling down his mask and smiling. Iruka smiled and leaned forward, pecking his cheek and sitting back down. "Thanks Kakashi." He said.

Kakashi broke his chopsticks and started eating his, and Iruka did the same. The recess bell rang just when they had finished. Kakashi grabbed Iruka's hand and kissed it. "You. Me. Date tonight. It's gonna be great." Kakashi says, pulling his mask back up. Iruka gave him a smile and a thumbs up as Kakashi left the room. Soon after, kids came flooding in.

"So, why are we here?" Iruka asks. We were at the stream in the woods of Konoha, no one came here usually. "Don't you remember? It's the place where we confessed to each other." Kakashi said, his mask was in his pocket. He turned and grabbed Iruka's hand. "Of course I remember. It was the best day of my life." Iruka said, he reached forward and moved Kakashi's headband away from his eye, exposing his sharingan. "So why are we here?" Iruka asks, kicking a pebbled into the stream and looking back at Kakashi.

Kakashi fiddles with something in his hand, and with his other hand, grabs Iruka's hand. He bends down on one knee and exposes a ring- an engagement ring. "I bought this a week after we started dating. I know it's only been a year, but, I can't wait any longer." He says. Iruka stands there in shock. "Will you marry me?" He asks.

Tears cascade down Iruka's cheeks. "Yes!" He answers. Kakashi slips the ring on his finger and lifts off the ground, roughly kissing him. Iruka separates them and jerked off his shirt, pants, and shoes so he was in his shorts. He looked at Kakashi and smiled, then turned and jumped into the water.

Kakashi stripped into his shorts and jumped in after him, leaving the mask and headband behind. He swam over to Iruka. "I love you." Iruka said. "I love you too." Kakashi replied. Kakashi suddenly went underwater, and before he knew it Kakashi was under his body, being hoisted up from the water on Kakashi's shoulder. "Woah!" He yelled after almost falling off. "Now we are unstoppable." Kakashi says, in that moment, Iruka could stay there forever

-one year later-

Someone knocked on the door, it was recess for the students. "Who is it?" Iruka asked. Kakashi walked in, pulling up a chair and putting a plastic bag in front of Iruka. "You're awesome husband." Kakashi answers. Iruka leaned forward and pecked Kakashi's lips. "I'm having major deja vu." Iruka says, opening the sack where two styrofoam cups were. Kakashi placed one in front of Iruka and one in front of him.

"Hey Iruka?" Kakashi asks, eating his food. "Promise me we'll stay like this?"
Iruka doesn't answer, he just leans forward and passionately kisses him on the lips. "Is that promise enough?" Iruka chuckles. "You betcha."
