5. A Coffee And A Shower

Izzy's pov:

It's been 2 months now since Slash and Axl got expelled.

I haven't heard from them in almost a month. I'm starting to get worried.

'Just try to call them.' I think almost everyday now.

I walk out of the class room.
Steven and Duff still have some classes. I'm done for today.

I walk to my room.
I didn't get a new room mate. Which is great because I don't really like anyone else except my friends here.

I sit down on the couch with my phone in my hand.

I dial Slash's number and hope he awnsers the phone.

"Hey Izzy! How are you?" he says. I can hear Axl's voice in the background.

"Good. But I was thinking we could hang out somewhere. Drink some coffee? My treat." I say.

"That sounds lovely." Slash says.

"What about this afternoon?" I suggest.

"We're free. Where do we meet?" he says.

We suggest a place and time. Slash had to hang up. He didn't want to use his phone for too long.

I tell Steven and Duff we are hanging out with Slash and Axl tonight. They seem really happy about it.

I count down until we need to go.

We get in my car and drive to the cafe.
We're a bit early so we already go find a seat.

After a couple of minutes we see two guys walking in.

We wave at them.

"Hey guys!" Axl says when they both sit down.

"How is everything?" He asks with a big smile. I can tell he is happy to see us. And so am I.

"Good. School is boring, but beside that everything is great." Steven says. Duff and I nod.

We start talking.
It kinda shocked me to see Slash and Axl like this.

They are fucking skinny. I can see their bones.

"We can go to a park." Slash says when it starts to get really crowded.

We all walk outside. Slash, Duff and Steven are talking.

"How much do you guys eat in a day?" I ask Axl.

"About one meal a day." he says.
"Why?" he asks.

"You both are fucking skinny as hell." I say.

"Slash has a job. And we aren't struggling eith money for food. We just don't want to spend all out money on food. We're just happy we aren't starving." He says.

"And how are things between you and Slash?" I ask.

"Good." he says and looks around him.

"Don't tell Steven and Duff yet, but we're dating." Axl says.

"That's great!" I say.
I'm really happy for them.

We end up hanging out at the park for a couple of hours.

"It's getting late. We should head back home." Slash says.

"Yeah. We need to get up early tomorow." Duff says.

"It was great seeing you guys again." Duff Says and hugs them.

"Yeah." Steven says and he also hugs them.
