REMORSEFUL
Every time I share
a piece of my heart with someone,
they prove how it's a decision
that I need to add
in my wrong-decision-made-in-the-right-time-list.
And then, I sit there regretting
and wondering what was I
even thinking when I shared
my thoughts with them.
Not once, not twice,
but it's been several times now
since I become remorseful
about voicing out my thoughts.
And then they say
"Sharing your pains heals every wound."
So now, don't ask me
why I've surrounded myself
with such walls of insecurity,
built so firmly that
I bet it needs someone sincere,
trustworthy and
touched-my-heart-kind-of-person
to pull me out and
embrace my thoughts.
