Me and Bambi were running back in the direction we came from really fast. We were gonna be in so much trouble.

Why-oh-why did I have to forget about Mother. I cried internally.

"Bambi if we get in trouble, tell your father it's all my fault. I should've remembered what our parents said." I huffed.

Bambi stayed silent for a few moments, "I-It's my fault as well! I lost track of time." He stated.

We ran and ran until we bumped extremely hard into these stiff objects making us land on the ground and groan.

"(Y/n)? Bambi?" I recognized that voice, it was Mother and the Great Prince...

I quickly stood up and smiled at them.

"Hey, Mom..." I trailed off as I saw their angry faces.

"Hey, Dad." Bambi said quietly with his head down in shame.

"Do you know how worried we were for you? I thought you would remember this (y/n)." Mother scolded.

Every time she sees me I always get yelled at.

"But It was my fault I completely forgot." Bambi exclaimed.

"It was my fault also! I should've reminded him but I-I was having too much fun." My ears drooped and I stared at the ground.

"Bambi let's go home." The Great Prince tilted his head in the direction of their home and walked off.

Bambi never said a word and started to follow him. He suddenly stopped and turned to me,

"It was nice meeting you (Y/n), I hope we hang out another day." Bambi said softly and walked away with his father.

"You too, Bambi." I replied. Mother called me over and I followed her without even speaking.

"I had fun meeting him Mother." I broke the suffocating wave of silence.

"That's nice (Y/n)." She replied without looking at me.

"Mother, are you mad or disappointed with me?" Mother sighed and stopped and turned to me.

"I'm not mad or disappointed (Y/n), I'm just worried,"

"But why-"

"You could've been hurt. Or worse, killed! What if Man were come down to the forest and have his dogs hunt you down and kill you. We probably won't save you in time depending on how long you two were gone."

That quickly shut me up. What would happen if Man were to invade the forest with his game killing canines? What if I were die by them? What would happen to Mother? What would happen to Bambi?

My train of thought stopped once I saw Mother walking again. I quickly ran to catch up to her and we both walked home in silence once again...

            『A few hours later』

I opened my eyes to see to see roses of red, white, and yellow all around me. The sun was going behind the horizon, giving the sky a pink and yellow glow.

"Where am I?" I looked up to see the silhouette of stag standing on top of a hill.

"Who are you?" I called out to it. I wanted to walk closer to the giant deer but my legs were stuck in place.

The stag didn't say anything but it started walking towards me slowly, showing It's appearance.

It had medium sized antlers, light brown fur, and brown eyes. He looks kind of familiar.
