The Prince | Bambi

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

I smile at Faline in responce to her greeting. Something behind this smile of mine is making me wonder what is Bambi and Faline's relationship.

I always see them together. Are they... really good friends? Ever since me and Bambi met we've been hanging out a lot as well. Maybe I should ask Bambi about this later...

"(Y/nnnn)..." I hear a faint voice.

"(Y/n)!" I turn my head to where the voice was coming from, it was Cesar.

"Hey (Y/n), you alright?" Cesar's face was full of concern.

I look around in the other directions to see everyone else was looking at me,

"O-oh yes I'm fine." I chuckle.

"Alright..." Cesar turns away from me.

"Who wants to go on a strole around the forest before all of us have to go back to our parents?" Thumper suggests.

All of us agreed to Thumper's idea before we started heading on a random direction, being cautious of traps that Man might've left behind.

I was in the very back of the group when I saw Faline slow down and get closer to me,

"Are you sure you're okay? You were kind of staring at nothing there." She asks.

"Oh, heh, yeah I'm fine." I sheepishly smile.

She quirks a brow, "I know we don't  know eachother well but you know you could talk to me when anything's wrong." She encourages.

"Thanks." I grin.

She gives me a simple smile and starts to walk faster. I saw Bambi looking behind and at me but as soon as we made eye contact, he turns away and looks ahead.

Soon, it started to get darker outside. Thumper and Cesar had already left to go home with their families. Leaving just me, Bambi and Faline.

"Well you two, I guess it's time for me to go home. Faline sighs.

Before we could respond, she runs off.

"Bye Faline! See you tomorrow!" Bambi calls out to her.

Soon after she's gone it goes to awkward silence as it was just me and Bambi left. I have the certain urge to hurry up and leave before things get weird with Bambi and my mother gets mad at me again.

Bambi turns to me, "We could still finish the conversation from earlier."

"You know what It's not that important. I should probably go before my mother gets mad at me again." I gulp and start to walk away.

Bambi's face frowns and his ears droop. "O-ok. Will I see you tomorrow?"

"We'll see" I smirk at him and turn to walk away again.

As I'm walking home, I start to hear bushes rustling, making me pause.
I waited a few minutes before starting to walk again.

Continuing my journey to home I hear the rustling again, making me stop again.

"W-who's there?" I quesion nervously.

The noise continues and starts to get louder as a figure comes out and turns out to be....
