Voices wake me up.
"We should let him sleep..."
"Hannah can see visitors now..."
Someone shakes my shoulder, I open my eyes it's Hannah's mom Laia.
"Come with me Tom, you can go see Hannah now," I stand up and follow her down the hall to room 347B.
"Is she..." I start but my voice cracks, but I calm my voice, I need to stay calm for Laia, for Ali, for Hannah.
"Oh Tom, sweetheart she's still in a coma but she might be able to hear you," Laia tried to give me a hug but I push the door open.
Hannah lays on the bed, unconscious, with a black eye, a broken wrist and a broken leg. Laia gives me a sad smile, closes the door behind herself and leaves. I walk over to Hannah's bed and sit down on the edge. I brush a blonde hair out of her face and take her hand in mine. This is it Tom, tell her how you feel. Tell her you love her. This is the moment it's now or never.
"Hannah Kaitlyn Fall, Jesus it feels weird calling you by your full name, I've been having these feelings ever since we started filming Civil War. Your the Dean to my Cas, the Wise Girl to my Seaweed brain, but most importantly my best friend. I love you Hannah... as more than a friend," I imagined Hannah replying, no shit you moron and her adorable laugh. My eyes blur with tears and I squeeze them shut in attempt to stop the tears.
"I love you too Tom," a very British, very female, voice that I know as much as my own, "that was a pretty sappy speech you moron," I open my eyes and see Hannah staring up at me. I can't think so I do the one thing that doesn't involve thinking, I lean down and kiss her on the lips, and nothing has felt better than feeling her lips kiss me back.
i cried a little writing this
