This is not really a poem but still, Hope you like it!
I am the One and Only Me
A girl once called her stupid
A boy once called her ugly
A man once said her was unoriginal
A woman once said her was a loner
A friend once said her was soulless
A foe once said to her, "I would never want to be you!"
And she responded:
To the girl - There are 26 letters in the alphabet in the English alphabet and you chose 'S'. I feel pity for your lack of inginuity.
To the man - Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Though I may seem splattered with color, at least I'm not translucent.
To the boy - And so are you to some, but the truest fact is, is that no one can replicate me, but they can easily you.
To the woman - Being a loner may seem bad to you but to a lot of people who are loners, they do not need a crowd of brainless twits to keep them company.
To the friend - I may have been built up with emotion but at least I can admit my flaws to the Lord.
To the foe - Laugh my laugh, and take a walk in my shoes before you judge me.
