Santana was failing at settling in.
What was she doing wrong?
"I think, you need to get to know the locals," Kurt said. "Or at least know your way around. Try going to a few pizza places, or clubs even, so you won't feel like you're a complete stranger."
"You just need to know the place a little better," Blaine agreed.
"People!" Santana exclaimed sarcastically. "Just the thing I need."
"Listen, we know you're a big-mouthed bitch, but honestly, just find another big-mouthed bitch." Artie said.
"You make it sound so easy," Santana said. "Just because you are all caring people, doesn't mean you can give me advice that doesn't offend anyone in the process."
"It's probably the only way for someone like you." Blaine said. "No offence."
"Honestly though," Kurt sighed, "Have you gone to, or seen, any local restaurants or shops or anything?"
"There's this club, I guess, I've walked passed it a few times."
"Perfect, a single lesbian like you should start at a club." Artie said.
"I don't even know if it's a gay bar I mean-"
"What's the name?" Kurt cut in.
"Cold-Bar Fusion, I'm pretty sure." Santana said.
Kurt typed something onto his phone quickly, "Perfect."So now that Santana was forced into visiting this gay and lesbian club, she couldn't help but think of all the horrible things that could happen. "Shut up, Snix." She snapped to herself as she walked towards the club entrance. It was a pretty well-furnished place. Bigger than it looks, Santana had noticed. What could she say? It was a very decent place. She walked around for a bit, hoping to accidentally bump into someone. Trying to find someone was a lot harder than she had imagined. So after a bit, she sat down and ordered a beer or two. Still nothing. Not one person had come up to her to talk. Maybe it was the Yeast-I-Stat commercials. Or maybe she was the only loner there.
"Santana Lopez." Came the smirk of a extremely familiar voice.
"Sebastian." She hadn't intended to sound as surprised as she did.
"You are happy to see me," He laughed. Something was different about his tone. He sounded more free and kind. He didn't have the coldness and jealousy in his voice anymore. He almost seemed- happy.
"Well, you're the only person I've spoken to in about two hours, so yeah, I guess I am happy to see you." Santana smiled. "Why are you here?"
"A friend of mine, her girlfriend runs the place, and she invited us."
"Us?"
"My roommate, Harry, that guy over there," He gestured towards the bar.
"Are you two together?" Santana couldn't help but wonder out loud.
"No," Sebastian said. "Hopefully soon."
"Why don't you ask him out then?" She suggested.
"It's not as easy as it looks. I don't even know how he-" he pauses and looks over towards Harry's direction.
Santana followed his gaze and sees a Harry making out with a blond guy. They looked about the same age. Harry stopped and said something to the stranger, who nodded and they walked out of the place together.
"Well damn..." Santana muttered.
"It'll be fine, there's heaps of guys around-"
"Walk with me," She cut in. She was horrified she just said that, but something inside her told her to go ahead.
"Sure," He looked confused, but stood up anyway.Heyo,
I hope this chapter was okay! I'm not sure what to do with the next one, so maybe comment any ideas? I'm going to start having less time to update and write from next week on, as school is starting again.
Please vote and comment any suggestions!
