You told Theo that you liked him and he assumed that you were kidding because you guys didn't really get along, when you told him he had laughed it off, and then realized you weren't joking when you started crying and walking away from him, he felt terrible.
"Look. I'm sorry, I-I justthought you were kidding, I mean we don't hang out or talk much"
"Whatever, it's fine." You sniffle as you continue to walk away from him.
"No, it's not." He jogs in front of you, stopping you by holding your shoulders in place. "I'm an asshole, I know that." You couldn't help chuckling at what he said, because he indeed was an asshole during that time.
"So will you except my offer on taking you out on a date?"
