hailey,

you're probably confused by my previous letter. you didn't know i heard that, just like you didn't know about the proposal.

after i heard you confess your love to my sweet brother, my whole world felt as if it had ended right then and there.

i took the roses, tore them into shreds, and threw them away. i tore the photo you had of us hanging on your wall down, smashed it, and threw it into the trash for everyone to see.

but guess what?

my world may have felt as if it handed right then and then, but it didn't.

my whole world had only begun.

and boy, am i realising that
i'm not the one at fault.
