INVERSION METHOD:
Warm up a bowl of water and place your favorite oil in it until it reaches the desired temp. Invert your head and massage your scalp for about a good 5-minutes. Do this for one whole week, per month. No shorter or no longer than that. Also, let your head hang for "4 minutes". You rise up very slowly after the time is up. You can put on a shower cap and sleep in this. You don't wash your hair everyday! Atleast do it on the last day or the day after the last.
NEEM OIL: Pick some neem leaves from a nearby tree. If neem leaves are not present where you are located, then you can get some from Amazon. All you have to do is.... Put them in a blender and put some coconut oil in there and blend it all up. Put it over the stove to let it heat up. It is ready when it turns dark green. Make sure you strain the oil so no leaves with be in the container, just oil.
RICE WATER: Pour some 'organic' rice in a bowl and add distilled water. Let it sit for about 12 hours or overnight. But the longer you let it sit the better the results. Then pour all the rice into a strainer. Next you shampoo and condition your hair then pour the rice water on hair afterwards. Put on shower cap and let sit in hair for about 30 minutes- hour. Then wash it out (Keep rice water in a container or spray bottle) Rice water also reduces shedding and mkes your hair super soft.
