Asgardian Love (Thor x Reader)

It had been one year since you last saw Thor. Since then, you had moved in with Tony, and his girlfriend, Pepper, into what Tony called Avengers Tower. Tony had become a very close friend of yours. You still worked SHIELD missions with Clint and Natasha whenever you could, and they would constantly visit you at the Tower. Bruce would come around whenever he could, and so would Steve. For the first time in what seemed like forever, you felt like you had a family.

You were just hanging around in the tower when Tony knocked on your open door to your room. "Hey," he said walking in and sitting next to you on your bed. "Hey Tony, how are you?" you replied, putting down the book you had been reading and making eye contact with Tony.

"Good, just seeing what you were up to," he responded. "I'm just reading a book," you replied, your phone suddenly beeping. You picked it up and a look of concern passed over your face. Tony had helped you set up a system on your new phone that sent off an alert every time there was any sign of weird things happening. And an alarm was just set off. Tony noticed and asked, "What? What is it?"

You looked at him, and replied, "Oh, nothing. It's just, you know the system you set up on my phone?" "Yeah?" he replied, pushing you to continue. "Well, apparently there's been some weird things happening in London. I'm going to go check it out," you explained.

"Do you want me to go with you?" Tony asked. "No, it's probably nothing. I'm just going to make sure, though. Can I borrow a jet?" you responded. "Do you know how to fly the jet?" he replied. "I'm sure I can figure it out," you responded.

Tony laughed a little and said, "I'll let you borrow the jet that is mostly autopilot." You thanked him and changed out of your comfortable clothes, into your SHIELD outfit, putting on your gun holster, in case you need it. You then followed Tony to the jet, and he helped you get on it. He plugged in the coordinates for London and then gave you a small hug goodbye before getting off the jet.

Before he left though, he told you that he would be monitoring the plane closely in case anything happened, so you could just sit back and relax. You thanked him again before sitting down in the pilot chair and fastening your seatbelt.

The plane took off a few moments after, and you watched the buildings fly past you as the jet picked up speed. A little while later, you had arrived in England. Luckily, Tony had plugged in coordinates to a remote place near London where the jet could easily land. Once the jet had landed, you unfastened your seatbelt and stood up. You climbed out of the jet and began making your way to London.

When you got to London you searched around for the place that your phone had gotten the signal from. Eventually, you found it. There were police surrounding the area. You went to take a step towards the scene when you saw Jane. Of course, this was exactly what you needed today.

You let out a small sigh but decided to take another step closer because, despite your feelings towards Jane, you needed to find out what was happening. But as soon as you took another step, you saw him. Thor...with Jane. You were wrong. This is what you needed today. You watched them for a moment as they talked. Jane seemed to be upset with Thor and slapped him across the face.

You looked shocked but the shock soon faded to pain as you watched her pull him into a kiss. Thor didn't seem to react to her as strongly as she would have hoped for, but you didn't stick around to see how things would turn out. You went back to the jet, trusting that Thor could handle whatever was going on.

"Tony?" you said over the radio in the jet. "Yeah?" he responded. "Take me home," you replied, closing the door to the jet, and sitting down, you fasten your seatbelt. You didn't hear Tony's voice, but the jet lifted off, signaling that Tony had heard you.
