The cauldron was dark, sparks of electricity flew in the air from broken wires. "Everything seems to be torn up... what caused this?" I whispered to myself. I quietly walked around , expecting to see machines... but there wasn't.. There... there's no machines.. I thought. The whole cauldron was broken. I ran to the place machines where being made.. The parts where broken. They seemed to be smashed.. I walked up to the stage the machine would be built at.. in the middle, there was a huge X. "It's all broken... what.. what did this?" After awhile, I went out of the cauldron. The sun was rising, so it was much brighter. I looked at the outside of The cauldron once more.. A cauldron signature was on it.. "I need to draw this.." i said. I dug my pockets for paper, than found a old piece of paper. I grabbed charcoal out of my bag and drew it on.

I than jumped up onto my steed. "Com'on, we have to get to meridian."
35 Minutes Later I pulled into the huge city and jumped off my charger, than ran into the city, looking for erand... "Aloy?" A voice said behind me. I turned, "Erand!" "Hey! Back in meridian?" "Erand, I have to ask you something." He looked at me confused as I grabbed his arm to pull him somewhere quiet. "What's up?" He asked. "I found a.. new cauldron.""ah, cool-" "But it was broken." I interrupted. "What do you mean? How?" "The door was broken up, and, Uhm," I thought. "Everything was broken- destroyed.. almost like it had been forced broken.. and, the signature was this." I unfolded the paper and showed him. "Look familiar?" I asked. He shook his head. "No.. I've.. Ive never seen it on any machines. I mean, I don't think. I don't really pay attention to the marks of machines.." I bit my lip as I put the paper back in my pocket. I sighed. "How about we ask the king?" "Yeah.. lets do it." We asked him, but he didn't know either. We decided for me to take them to The cauldron. "Your right.. it's broken.." Erand said. "But.. something broke it.." i said. I looked down, and noticed something I didn't notice before. "Hey," they looked down, too. "It's.. a thunderjaw footprint.." "Dose that mean a thunderjaw was made here?" I asked. "Must have." The king said. "Theirs no nearby thunderjaws though.." Erand said. "We don't know that." I said. It was a moment of silence. "How about we look for some?" Erand asked. "And see if it has the signature." "Great idea!" king said. "Hey, how about we ride and stead of walk?" I asked, after awhile of us searching for a thunderjaw. "Well, can you get us a ride?" Erend asked. "Yeah. There's a nearby charger herd. I'll be right back." I ran for abit until I saw the chargers. Their head to the grass. I hid in the grass and watched them. I creeped up on the nearest one, and started overriding it. "Comon... hurry.." than, something caught my eye. A charger in the distance was moving it's legs, like it was having a seizure.. it's lens flashed blue and red repeatedly, and than it feel to the ground, dea- "UGH!!"I shouted in pain. A charger hit my back, causing me to fly of the one I was overriding. All of the chargers saw me, so did the one I tried overriding. Another one jumped onto me, and fell onto the ground afterwords. I slowly picked up my bow and arrows and shot at a charger that was running towards me. "He..help.."i whimpered, than everything went back.
