Ch. 7- Meeting the New Roomie

Salis's POV
It was 10 in the morning and I was going to meet up with Travis and his roommates at 1. I got up, got changed and ate breakfast. This took me a grand hour, since I was being slow. I drew to pass the time an before I knew it, it was noon. I had to leave in 4 minutes if I wanted to get there in time. I lived pretty far away, so I couldn't hangout with Travis a whole lot. The cafe is only 20 minutes away, but I wanted to get there super early to look cool. He was basically my bestie since childhood. It was time to go, so I got in the car and drove off (A/N- into the sunset!! er- sunrise?).

Dante's POV
I was awake sitting on my bed with Vylad who was still asleep, when Luzu knocked on the door. "Come on in, we're both clothed," I said. She (A/N- your probably getting annoyed by now, but Luzu's female) came in and said that we had to leave soon and that Vylad could come. Luzu always seemed over protective over us, even when we weren't very close friends. She also always seemed to be the first to get up. "Yeah, yeah, lemme wake up sleeping beauty here," I told her. She then left and I got up, waking Vylad up as well. "C'mon Vylad, we gotta leave, we're meeting the possible new roomie," "Nggghhhh, I don't wanna," He responded sleepily. I had to pick him up and drop him on the bed to get him to get up. After we changed, we went into the kitchen and ate some pancakes Luzu left out (A/N- Yeah, they change in the same room, so? *secretly fangirls*). Man she is a great cook! Travis, was looking down at a book called, "Everything You Need to Know About Guys". I sighed, "Looking for some inspiration to impress Zane~" "Yes," Luzu interrupted, before Travis could say anything. "LUZUUUU!" She responded, "What, it's the truth and owww." My ears stung a little from that too, but when I was still living with Gene, I got used to it. "So, now that everyone is up, fed, and changed, let's go and meet up with Salis," Travis said, still glaring at Luzu.

Travis's POV
Luzu's driving the van, well HER van. She is the only one that lives in this house that has a car. "Are we almost there," asked Vylad. "Ugh, if you keep asking I'll make sure we never get there," Luzu retorted. "Hmph, fine," He said. I looked at my watch and saw that it was 5 til' one. "Luzu we need to be there in 5 minutes, you know where one of your shortcuts are right," I asked. She scoffed, "One shortcut, how about 4 shortcuts." She then took a couple turns and in that 5 minutes we got to the Cafe. We probably would've taken about 10 more minutes, if she didn't have her own routes. We live about 10 minutes away, but it's a fairly busy area and we were already a little stressed on time. Once we actually parked and got to the cafe I saw Salis already there and sitting at a table with 5 other chairs, 3 on each side. He waved us over and we sat down, a waitress came by and put down 4 other menus. "So guys, this is Sails, Salis this is Luzu," She nodded and waved. "Dante," "Hello there," He said. "And his boyfriend Vylad," "Hi Salis, nice to meet you," He took out his hand and shook Salis's. "So, now that we're introduced, say a little bit about yourselves, Luzu, Dante, and Vylad."

Salis's POV
"Well, as you can see I'm a werewolf with a blind eye. I am also gender-fluid, female currently by the way," Luzu told me, "I also like drawing and playing Minecraft, as well as archery and horseback riding. I volunteer at a barn during summer," She then finished. "Well, I'm Dante and this is my boyfriend Vylad, like Travis said. Also, if you hear any ways to get the ladies/men, I taught him all he knows. Speaking of boyfriends/girlfriends. Do YOU have one." Vylad then glared at him, "No in fact, I don't," I noticed Luzu turn a little pink. "Well, I guess I'll say a little bit about myself, I like to draw as well, I love swimming, and playing Minecraft," Luzu seemed to be turning more pink by the second. Travis noticed this and was staring at her with a smirk. I cleared my throat, "So, coffee's everyone, then?" "I would like to have the green tea I don't like coffee," Luzu said. Everyone else either wanted a mocha or black coffee. I, unlike the others had hot cocoa. (A/N- This is like 30 minutes later after more sharing about each other) "So, can I be your guys' new roommate?" "Yeah, we talked a little among ourselves and we all think you would be cool, you'll be taking Luzu's room, and she'll be moving into my room," Travis notified me. "Okay! When can I work on moving in?" "Today, if you want we don't have anything planned, besides going swimming," Travis said, Luzu interrupted saying, "I was actually going to the barn today, so I can go riding. I do work for them and they let me ride some of their horses sometimes." "Okay then, we can help today, but you have to do all the work tomorrow!" Dante told her. "That's not fair, I do all the cooking and do the dishes, as well as making sure the house stays somewhat clean!!" She retorted. "Guys, cut her some slack, sounds like you're the ones who need to do more work," I cut in. After that we all left and I drove back to my apartment.
