So today i decided to go to the town since i'm not gonna do anything at the campus today. im right, this summer thing is somehow gonna be v boring.
i went to buy some new lingerie since i realized last night that some of my undies were missing, then i went to the bakery. i'm gonna buy some garlic sticks because been craving since last night also i need coffee. I was about to pay at the counter when some poked my back. "Kayla?" he smiled. (oh great) "hey mat" i said coldly. I gave the cashier money.
"didn't expect too see you here" he chuckled. "same" i said then left. He followed me outside, and followed me. "what a coincidence right?" he said, grinning. i blew the strands of hair that fell on my face, "no".
"so what are you gonna do today?" Mat asked. oh god seriously, aren't you gettin awkard yet? damn. "idk walk around town?" i said, trying not to be akward.
"well then, you left a year ago so you probably forgot the places here" he said, smiling then he held my hand. "c'mon" he ran pulling my hand.
He showed me downtown, nope i didn't forgot that place. He showed me the school we both used to go to, i also didn't forgot that. We went to alot of places that i still remember.
"What about the beach?" he asked, gazing at me. Matt what are you planning? "how can i forgot this place" i said, sternly. "i'm gonna go home first" i said - but he held my hand.
"Matt let go!!" i yelled. But he held my wrist tightly, causing it to hurt. He stared at me creepily. I was scared at the moment. "Kayla can't you remember?" He said, grinning. My wrist was hurting badly i was just preventing myself to cry.
Matt was laughing, "Matt what's wrong with you?!" i said. "nothing's wrong with me, the question is what's wrong with you?" he said, while smirking.
Calum came and punched Matt on the face, "back off man" Calum said. Matt wiped the blood stain on his lips, then walked out.
"You okay?" Calum asked, checking if i was hurt. "no i'm fi-" he raised my hand, on his face level (since he's taller). He looked at the red mark on my wrist, that Matt did.
"you can't be fine" he said. "i am okay?" i said, walking near the sea. "okay" Calum said letting out a sigh.
I sat down on the sand, letting my feet get wet by the water. Calum did also. None of us talked, both of us just watched the sea.
"you know, you can cry if you want" Calum said. "they say it's the best letting out your feelings" He smiled.
I gazed at him, somehow my tears suddenly went out. I cried and cried. Calum putted his arm around my shoulder and leaned me to him. "if you need a shoulder to cry on i'm just here" he said comforting me.
"oh my god this is embarassing" i chuckled while sobbing, wiping off my tears. He let go of me, getting a songebob band aid from his pocket.
I was gonna laugh but he stared at me as if he was trying to tell me, don't you dare. "this is my sister's i bring it everywhere i go" he said, putting it on the cut on my wrist (i didn't notice that there was a cut though), "don't think of something stupid"
He stood up, helping me get up. "Let's go back to the dorm it's 2 in the evening already" he said.
"what the fuck?" he muttered. I splashed him some water. He looked mad, uh-oh. "how dare you come here you lil shit" he yelled running towards me.
We ended up splashing each other. I ended up getting really really wet since i fell on the water. "oh my god we need to get dry" i said, going out of the water. "wait i'm just gonna swim hold my shirt for awhile" he said, throwing me his shirt.
i muttered, 'ok'. I sat down uncomfortably on the sand, since my bra and undies are wet and has sand on it.
I watch Calum swim farther and farther til, "Kayla!" he yelled. "Help i'm drowning!" i stood up, and crossed my arms. "Don't play games with me Cal, c'mon! it's getting dark" i yelled.
"He-Help" he said. After that he was gone, i can't see him nor his presence (wait whats the difference nvm)
I called for help but there was no one, 'oh god fuck you calum' i sighed. I ran to the sea and swam to Calum, "Cal! Wake up" i said, slapping his face.
"will you give me a CPR?" he whispered. i pushed him. "fuuck you" i said, swimming away. he swam towards me, okay now i am really wet.
"oh my god i was just joking im sorry" he said, while keep laughing.
"shut up"
"are you serious? oh my god"
"i'm swimming away from your lies"
"for real? oh my god"
i ignored him and walked back to the beach, sitting down on the sand. I burried my face between my legs. Calum sat beside me, "are you mad for real?" he asked. "nahh" i uttered. He throwed me his shirt, "wear that over your dress, why did you even wear a dress at the first place"
"oh my god why do you care" i said, wearing his shirt. "wait what about you?" i asked, getting our shoes from the palm tree, near us.
"i'm gonna get a cab, shirtless" he said, tying his shoelace. I raised an eyebrow at him, "please tell me you're joking" i said.
We did rode a cab back to the dorms and yes he is shirtless. I'm too sleepy, i let my head fall to Calum's shoulders. "Wake me up when we get there" i murmurred.
