𝙲𝙰𝙼𝙸𝙻𝙰 𝙿𝙾𝚅

𝐌𝐘 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐒 as the pen hits the paper, my eyes scan over the legal binding document. I contemplate just getting up and making a run for it but I know that won't do me any good. A cold chill runs down my spine as I finally read the contract in its entirety. 

Any and all children Ms.Cabello will have from now and any time in the future will be taken at a unknown time to an unknown location. If Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao makes any attempts to contact said children, her children's safety will be jeopardized and any information regarding her personal life will be leaked to the general public. If Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao does not sign this contract she will be dropped from Epic Records and Syco, will not be able to renew her current contract, and will be hindered from being able to sign any other record, publishing, and or producing company contract.

I sign the contract and slowly rise up out of the black chair I avoid making eye contact with anyone in the cold dark room. Leaving the room I let out a shaky breath realizing my new harsh reality.

𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑

𝐈 𝐖𝐎𝐊𝐄 𝐔𝐏 to a high pitch scream it quickly makes Matthew and I get out of bed and walk down the hallway to Rebecca's room and Lexi's room. I was terrified that they already came to take my two precious children away. To my relief Rebecca is standing in front of Lexi's door holding her cream colored teddy bear tightly in her arms. The concerned preschooler looks up at Matthew and I, her brown eyes pleading that we do something. I slowly opened the door to Lexi's room as Matthew and Rebecca slowly walked behind me and I walked over to the crying one year old. I lowered the crib bars and picked her up. I walked over to the chair that was set in the conner of Lexi's room. I sat in the chair slowly rocking Lexi' trying to calm her down. I see how concerned Rebecca is over her little sister

"Matthew I got Lexi can you please put Rebecca back to sleep she has to be up in a while for preschool"  I tell him as he tries to get Rebecca back to her room and back to sleep.
I look down at the one year old baby in my arms she didn't know what was going to happen to her, but I did and my chest aches at the thought. Her small hand wraps around my index finger making me smile at her softly. I wanted this feeling to last forever but I knew it wouldn't.

"Lexi no puedo prometerte que voy a estar ahí para ti cuando me necesites pero eso no significa que no voy a hacer todo lo que está en mi poder para estar ahí" It felt like I was lying to her because I knew if I tried to I would lose everything I had worked so hard for and she would be put in great danger. (𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Lexi I can't promise that i'm going to be there for you when you need me but that doesn't mean i'm not going to do everything in my power to be there)

I rocked Lexi back to sleep and place her back into her crib. Morning rolls around and I get myself up as Matthew has already left for work. I hear small footsteps in the hallway getting louder as they approach my door.The door opens swiftly softly banging on the wall as Rebecca dramatically enters the room and hugs my leg. I look down at the three year old running my fingers through her dark brown hair. Rebecca makes a whimpering noise her lips quivering as she hugs my leg more tightly as if I'm going to disappear. Her chocolate colored eyes are glossy and her pupils are slightly dilated. I frown trying to figure out what could possibly be on the little one's mind.
