Evie woke up to blinding lights.
She was led on a cold, stainless steel table,
"It's ok, don't move."
A calm deep voice, it sounded peaceful.

"I'm doctor D, Scott's boss, a veterinarian."

Evie Shit her eyes again as the light was to bright.

Isaac stood against the wall, watching Dr.D clean Evie's stomach.

"This is rubbing alcohol, it will burn but I need to apply this so your wound doesn't get infected." He instructed Evie and she bit her lip and nodded her head slowly to give approval.

Dr.D got out a bottle of clear see through liquid and washed his hands in it then walked over to Evie and placed his hands gently on the 5 deep claw marks.
She bit her lip so hard it started to bleed, isaac walked fast to her side and held her hand.
"Evie, your okay, remember just breathe." Isaac spoke softly into her ear so Dr.D couldn't hear.

She stopped struggling and just took deep breaths.

Dr smiled at isaac and then picked up a large bandage.
"Seems like you two have a connection." He said as he unrolled the bandage ready to put it on.

Isaac smiled and looked at Evie, a single tear fell down her cheek he whipped it away and squeezed her hand gently.

Dr.D started applying the bandage on, he had to slip it under her back and around, then he taped it so it was stable.

"All done." He smiled, "she needs rest now isaac."

"Okay."

Isaac stood up and gently lifted her up off the table, Dr held the door open for them and isaac carried her out into the car.

When Evie next woke up she was in her own bed. At first she had wondered if the whole thing was a dream, isaac wasn't actually a werewolf and everything was ok, but then as she tried to sit up a pain shot up through her stomach and she was reminded that this was reality now.

A not was left on the side she picked it up and it read

"I have gone to school, I'll see you after it's finished. Don't leave the house and please try to rest."

"I'm fine." Evie mumbled to herself then she got up and started to get dressed.

She grabbed her back and slung it over her shoulder, she'd never been a handbag type of girl, always rucksacks.

As Evie got on her bike and started to peddle every time her knee came up a a sharp pain hit her stomach.

She squeezed her eyes shut dealing with the pain and when she opened them, Derek was there in his car driving in front of her.

He stopped the car and got out, Evie hit the brakes and groaned as she jumped off the bike.

"You're bleeding." Derek said nodding towards her stomach.

"I can't see!" Evie started blinking rapidly, "everything is dark!" She started to panic before her vision came back again.

She shook her head and got back on her bike.

"Come with me." Derek ordered her.

Evie ignored him and carried on cycling.

Isaac was sat at the back of the classroom looking board.
He kept tapping his pen against the table out of boredom.
Until his phone buzzed, he picked it up half expecting it to be Evie but it was Derek.

Derek-
Evie is on her way.

                            Are you serious? Why?

Derek-
Ask her yourself.

As that message came through Evie walked through the door,
"Sorry sir I'm late." She smiled at the teacher then took a seat in the middle of the class.

Isaac could smell the distinctive sent of fresh blood, and it looked like he wasn't the only one.

Scott was sat in front of Evie he turned around and eyed her, then looked back at isaac.
Isaac flared his eyes at Scott, then he turned back around.

The rest of the lesson isaac couldn't concentrate, all he could hear was Evie's breathing and her heart beat. It sounded like she was struggling a bit.

As strait as they all got into the corridor Scott and Stiles were in her like a rash asking questions.

Isaac walked straight through the both of them and in front of Evie, he growled at Scott and gave Stiles a death stare.

"Dude she's bleeding." Scott said not backing away, "she needs help."

Allison walked over a gasped,
"Guys..."

Isaac turned around and Evie was collapsed against the wall.

Allison bent down to her and lifted up the bandage, "isaac why didn't you tell us."

"Derek and I handled it." Isaac said as he bent down to Evie's side.

"Obviously not." Stiles said sarcastically.

This comment earned a snarl from isaac,

"We need to get her out of the school."
Allison instructed,

"And how?" Stiles asked.

"Here's how." Scott said bending down and putting Evie's arm around his shoulder, "isaac get her other side."

Isaac did as he was told. Allison put her arm around Scott's other shoulder and Stiles licked on so they were all in one long line.

"This isn't suspicious at all." Stiles snapped as they all walked along the corridor except Evie, her legs dangled helplessly.

They all walked until they was outside then isaac picked Evie up. Derek was waiting in his car, Scott shook his head at Derek and he just smirked as isaac helped Evie in then got in himself.

They drove off to Evie's house Derek and isaac dropped her off and gave her some water.

"Peter killed late argent. Allisons auntie, now Gerard, Kate's brother is after me." Derek told isaac as they both stood over Evie.
"Gerard now controls the kanima."

"How?" Isaac hadn't known about half of this new information.

"He killed the kanima aka Jacksons previous master." Derek let out a big breathe, "Erica and Boyd are leaving, tonight."

Isaac was a bit taken back by this. It was just him and Derek now in the pack.

"Go back to school isaac." Derek said as he took a seat in Evie's room and watched her while she slept peacefully.
"I'll watch over her."

Isaac nodded and ran back to school. When he got there it was almost the end of the day.
"Scott," he mumbled.

He ran to the vets, where Dr.D, Scott's boss was.
Isaac knew Scott would be there.
