Hello fellow wattpadians :)

This is my very first story and I want as much feedback as I can!

I have another chapter lined up although I want to see what response I get from this chapter.

..::Aliras Father POV::..

"Daddy please don't go!"

My innocent baby girl looked at me pleading, but this decision was mine alone to make and this was my only option to keep her alive.

This decision was not made lightly - it was this or she would be murdered.

Manate offered me her protection as she was what is left of my family.

All I had to do was sign the adoption papers and Ali was legally his.

"But Daddy I don't want to go!"

She looks at me now with tears in her eyes.

"Alira, Daddy is going is going away for a while"

I tell my beautiful daughter, as she grasps my leg tightly

"Where ya going?"

she manages to say between the sobs

"Baby, Daddy is going to go visit Mummy and Benie. Manate is going to take care of you now ok"

I tell my her as best I could without showing how broken inside I truly am.

"But will you come and visit me daddy?"

we now both look in our driveway and two of Manate's men are here to collect Ali.

I get down on my knees to look in her big brown eyes with a unique rim of gold that circles the brown - both beautiful and yet a curse.

"Ali, Daddy is going to go now okay, but I want you to remember that I love you with all my heart and I would never do anything to hurt you, okay?

You are my life Ali and this is all for you - I promise one day you will understand and hopefully forgive me. Take this baby and never loose it"

I pass her a family photo of when her mother was alive then I give her my last hug and gently kissed her head.

"But will the stars come Daddy?"

she whispers trying to understand all that is happening.

"The stars will always be there hunny - but don't forget that Mummy and Benie are watching you and so will I"

I had to stop before the tears fell.

"It is time -"

one of Manates men state

"Alira get in the car now please"

I tell her, hoping they wait until she is out of hearing range.

"I love you baby - to the stars and back"

she smiles a sweet innocent smile

"to the stars and back daddy! I love you"

I can see her bouncing curls from the back window and she turns and smiles at me -

what I would do to have her forever. I look at one of Manates men and nod.

It is my time to prove my love for my daughter - he pulls the pistol out, thankfully there is a silencer on the barrel, he places it to my temple.

I take one more look at her and I hear the trigger click.
