Chapter 16

Niall's p.o.v

My eyelids feel as if they're glued shut. I can't move my body. But I can hear the sounds of a beeping heart monitor.

I try to speak but nothing will move. It's like I'm trapped in my mind all over again.

"Look where that girls gotten you?" I here the old familiar voice of the one who's taken over me.

"She can't help you now." I hear him say.

All of a sudden my eyes shoot open. It's Than I realize I am no longer in control of my body.

No no no

I try to fight him but I can't, I'm too weak from the recent events.

The hospital room is dimly lit and no one is around. I can't let him hurt anyone.

He does this for revenge when I disobey or make him angry, he takes over my body at my weakest times and hurts people while I watch.

"P-please stop." I manage to get out but his evil chuckle over powers.

He brings me to my feet and starts walking.

"Let's go find emily shall we?" He says making me panic even more. I fight with everything I am to regain control of my body but he's too strong.

Doctors and nurses roam the hallways looking at me with concerned looks. One of them finally speaks up. It's a young blonde girl no more than 25.

No please don't say anything.

"Sir you're not supposed to leave your room." She says softly with a look of concern. He soft innocent features make my heart drop.

"Don't hurt her please." I beg him.

I realize that now all attention is on me. Everyone in the hallway has come to a pause just looking at me with concerned looks.

He can compel people to do whatever he wants. He looks the nurse right in her bright blue eyes and whispers "you are going to walk with me and take my to Emily Micheals room."

The nurse smiles sweetly and nods. She looks around the hall and says "I'm just going to take him for a small walk, he needs it."

Please make this stop.

Have you ever been in a situation where you feel absolutely out of control and there's nothing you can do to stop it? You begin to panic, your heart starts beating faster and you can feel yourself slowly go insane.

The only worse thing is whatever he does or whoever he hurts falls back on me.

After the many failed attempts of fighting and fighting to gain control we come to a stop in front of a door.

"Thank you now leave me alone." The demon says compelling her to leave.

She nods and walks off down the hall.

He reaches for the door and opens it so slow it's painful, he knows what he's doing. He's torturing me.

"Please she hasn't done anything." I try saying, but he doesn't listen he continues to walk in the room. First thing that comes into view is a lady who has similar features to Emily. I assume it's her mother.

She's sound asleep on the couch on the far wall of the room.

Please wake up.

He turns the corner and there she is. Lying in the hospital bed sound asleep. Wires hooked to her arms.

This is all my fault.

He slowly walks over to her and places my hand on her cheek, but I can't feel it.

Please stop.

Something strange happens as my skin comes into contact with here. I feel my body become stronger.

Emily please wake up.

"Say goodbye Niall." He says giving me enough control to feel things.

He grabs her hand and a warm feeling over takes me. I really do love her.

He gains all control back again and walks away. Walking towards the window where her mom sleeps.

"Don't please." I say but I know it's no use. He laughs evilly and opens the window. Just than a doctor walks in.

"Hey! You're not supposed to be in here." His voice rings through my ears. This wakes up Emily's mother.

Before I know it he's jumped out the second story window.

My body comes into contact with the pavement. Nothing can hurt me when he's in full control I'm pretty much invincible.

I don't want to be anymore. I just want this to be over.

Emily would would be safe. Everyone in this town would be safe.

That's what I have to do.

I use all my strength to gain control and I finally have my body back. I take a deep gasp and all my pain from my injuries come back.

When I catch my breath I look up to see where I am.

But what stands in front of me makes my heart drop.

Double update! I'm sorry you guys but I really do feel like I could've wrote this story better. I'm trying to add more detail and slow down "no one would actually fall in love with a kidnapper in the second chapter." 😂 oh well I am going to finish it because you guys really want me to.
