Mary's point of view
I woke up and Francis was leaning over me stroking my cheek. "Good morning." He said "How long have you been up?" I asked "All night, I couldn't sleep." He said "Francis it's not healthy to not be sleeping!" I said "I sleep, I just didn't last night." He said "Francis." I gave him a look. "I promise love I was just a little worried about you last night so I stayed awake for awhile and before I knew it it was sunrise." He said "Your going to sleep tonight." I said getting on top of him. "You could help get tired tonight." He said "How could I do that?" I smiled then he rolled on top of me and whispered something naughty in my ear, I started giggling "Or we could just get tired now." I said "That sounds fun." He said then started sucking on my neck. I giggled and rugged on his curls as he kissed further down my body. After about an hour we were just laying there. "That was just-" I said but was cut off by my panting. "I know, we really, really work well together." He smiled also panting. "I don't know why I waited 2 months." I laughed "I didn't care if I had to wait all my life I would have." He said then wrapped his arms around me and put his head in the valley of my neck, I kissed the top of his head. "Everyone always said you were a rude obnoxious playboy but I don't see it." I said "That's because before you came back, I was." He said "Your a good man and soon people will start to see that." I said "Your to good to me." He said "Try to go to sleep Francis." I said "Hm come here my love." He said then pulled me into him. "Thank you for never losing faith in me." He said "I will never stop being there for you, I'm yours forever." I said stroking is cheek "And I am yours." He said then kissed me. We eventually go ready and went to the throne room. We walked in and everyone was in complete silence, that's odd. "What's wrong?" I asked "It's the bourbons." Henry replied "Condé?" Francis asked "Yes, a soon as he left he rallied French Protestants. Their coming for the castle." He said "I can send for troops from Scotland, we have plenty to spare." I said "It's no use, they will never get here in time. Francis he sent a later for you." He said then handed Francis the note, Francis looked terrified as he read it. He hugged me tight and put his nose in my hair. "Francis what does it say?" I asked "Nothing, it's not important." He said "Francis let me see it." I said "Okay fine." He said then handed me the letter
Francis,
Dear cousin you have taken everything from my entire life my crown, my women, my money, everything. How dare you spread the rumor of me raping a women? I promise you after I take your crown and everything you hold dear I will pound your dearest Mary until bleeds or passes out and I will make you stand there and watch while I do whatever I want to her. You better watch your back because soon I will come with my army and take everything from you.
"Francis." I said crying "I know, It's okay I won't let him hurt you." He said stroking my hair. "Mary I promise we will do everything we can to protect you." Henry said "Thank you Henry." I said "Francis." He said "Yes?" Francis replied "I give you two permission to sleep in each other's chambers, Francis you need to protect Mary at all costs, do you understand?" Henry asked "That was my plan all along." Francis replied "I will double your guards." He said "Okay thank you." Francis said then we walked out "Francis I'm scared." I said "Don't be scared Mary, I will die before I let him do anything he threatened in that letter." He said "I know Francis, but he will kill you." I said "Mary I don't plan on leaving you anytime soon." He said cupping my face in his hands "Your not allowed to leave my side, I need to make sure you safe every second."
