Mike, will and Johnathon scrambled into their tent. After a bit of shoving and settling, they slept peacefully; well, Johnathon didn't. It was around 12:30am when he woke up to a load rustling sound from outside. He expected it to be Dustin but then realised that Dustin wasn't in the tent.
"Dustin?" He whispered.
There was a long pause before he heard a voice from Nancy and Elle's tent.
"Johnathon? I can't sleep, can you come here?"
"Nancy?"
"Yes it's me, come on."
Johnathon crawled out of his tent and walked over to the other one. Suddenly, the rustling sound echoed around the empty camp, so he ran into Nancy's faster.
"I heard something and..."
"Shut up." Nancy whispered and leaned in to kiss Johnathon. A delicate kiss, that took Johnathon's mind off Dustin. Well, for a minute, until they were interrupted by a loud scream.
"Papa? Dustin? Help!" Eleven screamed.
"Elle, elle, we're here, it's ok." Nancy reassured.
Elle's scream was so loud it had woken mike and will.
"Elle, come to our tent! It's ok, it was a nightmare." He shouted over.
Elle left the tent, leaving Johnathon and Nancy alone.
"Nancy?"
"Yes."
"I'm worried, Dustin isn't back from the woods yet." He said with fear in his voice.
"I'm sure it's fine! He probably made a friend and is staying in their tent. There's a lot of people at this camp, he couldn't of disappeared."
"I guess so." Johnathon reminded himself.
He turned to Nancy for support. Brushing his fingers through her hair, his hand pulling her close.
