Jimin wasn't sure why, but he felt more nervous to go to school now than he did on his first day. Maybe it was because he was now dating Yoongi- they were dating, right? Neither of them had said it, but maybe it was just one of those unspoken things that they'd both agreed on- and he had no idea how things would be when they saw each other at school.

It had been three days since they'd first kissed, and on the two days that followed they didn't have school, so they spent as much time as possible together.

Every time they were with each other, they felt like they were in their own little world, one they never wanted to leave. They found solace within one another. Jimin could leave behind his past, and Yoongi could leave behind his present. It was perfect.

Jimin let out a sad sigh, straightening his uniform. It was time to face reality.

His steps were slower that day; he dragged his feet, trying his best to prolong the inevitable. He knew the truth: Yoongi was probably going to act like his cold, cruel self to uphold his reputation.

Despite knowing that that was exactly what was going to happen, he couldn't help but hope he was wrong, that Yoongi would give him a big hug as soon as they saw each other- but he wasn't going to get his hopes up.

His mood only brightened up when he saw Taehyung standing by the academy entrance, waiting for him. He perked up as soon as he saw Jimin approach, giving him a tight, warm hug. He chuckled, wrapping his arms around the taller boy.

"Calm down, Tae! We just saw each other two days ago!" Jimin said, letting out a laugh as he pulled away. The brunet scratched the back of his head shyly, his cheeks turning a rosy pink.

"I know, but I missed you! I don't have a lot of friends anyway, so it's not like I have a lot of people to miss..." he twiddled with his thumbs, pulling on the sleeves of his oversized blazer before starting to make his way to their classroom. "C'mon, Chim. We're gonna be late if we don't hurry."

Jimin could only laugh as he followed behind the ever-so-energetic boy, not even noticing that Taehyung had grabbed onto his jacket sleeve until he was being pulled towards 11-C.

He could've sworn that he saw a flash of his favorite raven haired boy pass by, but he was gone before he could even turn his head to look. He shook his head, trying to get his mind off of Yoongi and instead trying to focus on Taehyung, asking him what he did for the two days they didn't have school.

As soon as they arrived in 11-C, Jimin found himself alone once again. Taehyung immediately went to his seat, not wanting to bring any attention to himself, leaving him to take a seat beside...

Yoongi stared at him blankly. He wanted nothing more than to grab the younger boy by his cheeks and kiss him, to hold him close, to flirt with him until he was red all over, but he knew he had to control himself. He didn't care if people knew he was gay, because they'd be scared of him regardless. However, he knew that if they did anything in public, there'd be a possibility that the school's administration would report their relationship to his parents.

He could easily defend Jimin and himself from the assholes at school, but his father... there was no doubt that his father would kill him- both of them if he could, and he wasn't going to let that happen. He wasn't going to let that cruel man lay a hand on the only ray of sunshine in his life.

He only allowed himself to glance at Jimin- one intense, longing glance- before looking straight at the teacher, just as he had done every other day before their project.
