I hear the door chime from my office and assuming that Micheal and Emilia are here I grab my suit coat, the folder of war documents and head down to the foyer of the pack house.

I descend the stairs as Micheal is greeted by the children who were in the den, because of the loyalty packs close alliance, we were all very close.

"Micheal, Emilia, thank you for coming" I nodded towards them and then turned to Rosalina "is dinner prepared?" I questioned.

"Yes sir, the kitchen is awaiting you and your guests to be seated." I replied with a curt nod as she turned to aid the kitchen staff.

"You know the way" I looked over at Micheal, noticing how he grabbed Emilia's hand and she leaned into him, something in the pit of my stomach shifted, but I shook my head and continued after them.

We were all seated around the table, myself at the head and Micheal to my right, with Emilia beside him.

"The girl was accepted into the hospital, they agreed to send all further reports on her wellbeing to you." Micheal looked up at me, it took a moment for my mind to register what he was talking about, until suddenly it clicked that he was referring to the girl he found in the woods.

"Thank you. I find it strange that a member of our pack would be in danger so close to the pack house." I wondered as Micheal rose an eyebrow.

"Oh no, it wasn't near the pack house, she was out of pack territory. I had first assumed she was a rogue, that is until I discovered the power pack mark on her neck." He stared foreword, almost as if trying to think of what the girl was doing.

"One would assume that with the major presence of guards, it would be hard to fall out of pack territory, especially if you've lived here your whole life and know pack boundaries." Emilia spoke softly, she was never one to interrupt conversation, a very "don't speak unless spoken too" type of woman, therefore her words surprised me.

Seconds later, one by one kitchen staff began to pile from the door as our food was brought to us. They had prepared a simple Bolognese with garlic bread. A meal that was simple yet delicious.

Halfway through the meal no one had said barely a word until a thought peaked into my mind.

"Could she possibly be a rouge that has been given a power pack mark? I mean I realize it is difficult to replica a mark not given by the Luna but it is possible." The rogues are in completely for this war, and a tactic like this would not surprise me.

"Sounds reasonable, but yet again why would they knock her unconscious? It did not look as  something she did to herself. I am almost positive it was someone harming her." Micheal looked at me and then Emilia before taking another bite.

"I need to be cautious, there must be ground rules before she enters the pack house, and we need to warn pack members to be wary of her presence." Micheal nodded and we silently finished our meal.

Upon finishing dinner and moving to my office for more conversation, Emilia lingered over to the den to entertain and visit some of the kids, they love her and need a Luna example so I appreciate her efforts.

Micheal walks in first and sits in the chair opposite of the desk and begins thumbing through the paperwork containing the latest information on the rogues whereabouts.

"We approved the use of drones to scope areas at least 200 miles north, south, east, and west of the pack house. We ran into cities north and west of the pack house, yet south and west are miles and miles of mountain terrain. We have predicted that they are bunked below the mountains, yet there is no way to discover if that is true unless we start the war ourselves." I ran my hand through my hair countless times while explaining this to Micheal.

"My advice is to continue training the wolves and prepare for the worst, yet do not stress until they make an advancement towards war. I also advise you to figure out the intentions of this girl we have found, I feel like something will surface and she will have a great purpose for being here." He shifted in his seat.

I bounced my leg a few times as I tried to rack my brain on reasons for her possible being danger to this pack.

"I will call the hospital and tell them to bring her to the pack house and place her in the guest room on floor 15, I will have the doctor personally watch over her and I'll call you if anything comes up. Thank you again for all of your help." Micheal nodded to me, he was like a brother to me and I'm not sure I could run this pack without his guidance and aid.

"I am always pleased to assist my fellow alphas, especially if it's alpha of the power pack." He smiled smugly and I chuckled.

"Get out of my office. Go find Emilia, and you may have any guest room you like." He got up and turned to leave.

"Oh and Micheal," I said with a bored expression.

"Hmm?" He looked over his shoulder.

"If I hear any noise coming from your room tonight, I will personally kick you out." He chuckled and rolled his eyes while muttering a "yeah okay" and the door of my office clicked shut.

I huffed and jerked up the phone on my desk, dialing the hospitals number.

"Power pack hospital, how may we assist you?" A voice answers through the phone.

"Yes, this is Alpha Zè, please bring the girl who Alpha Micheal discovered to the pack house and place her in room 237 on the 15th floor. I want Doctor Agan doing checkups every other hour and then report to me." I spoke and hung up the phone before the voice could answer back.  I leaned back in the chair and closed my eyes.

Why did I feel as if this girl was about to bring more hell than the war?
