Quirk: Odds, 3rd Eye (Clairvoyance and Precognition)
Quirk description: Odds) can change the odds (probability) of an event to effect a person/object. (Example: increase the odds of a person to be struck by lightning)
Drawbacks: has to know the original probability of an event. Cannot increase chance of an event happening if probability is over 1 in 10,000,000 (cannot make someone win lottery, but can have a meteor strike earth(lol wot??)) can only cause one event at a time. Overuse results in headaches.
3rd eye (Clairvoyance and precognition): allows him to gain information about a person, place, object, or event through extensive perception. Also can see events in the future. Causes him to have 3rd eye
Drawbacks: can only use clairvoyance within a 10 km radius. Can only see 10 min in the future, and can not control when it activates. 3rd eye is extremely sensitive to light, but must be open to use this quirk (hence the one eyed goggle)
