Q.U:1-N, or Quinn as others call him, is an Android created to replicate and copy quirks to eradicate villains. It is currently in the beta phase, and being "field tested" in order to develop his conscious and become more aware of human emotions in order to blend in with society. He was sent to UA to squire this knowledge.
