Sadness.

Again they are hand and hand in most situations.

S A D N E S S
Being a feeling of grief and sometimes anger. Sadness coming up on being lonely. When you're lonely for to long with your own thoughts to haunt you you become filled with sadness. You become numb with it, letting it engulf you. Being sad sometimes and being straight up engulfed in sadness is two different feelings, sad is only sometimes sadness is all the time.

Most anger comes from being engulfed in sadness or some type of pain. Anger being one of many reactions from humans today being angry at your partner or your family is normal because being angry is normal. Anger. Triggered by emotional pain.

The broken hearted people tend to know the feeling I'm explaining. Being so

to that point means you have a right to feel
A N G E R
or maybe even some
S A D N E S S
And it will make you feel
L O N E L Y
but know that you are not
A L O N E
Because if you were alone how would I know how it feels to be a
