Cole just gives me emo vibes. I was reading a headcanon book and someone brought it up and I've been in love with the idea ever since. (I can't remember the name, but I'll check later.) Just sad, eyeliner covered Cole. Picture it. Now cry.

Dude, he wears black all the time. He could ask for a different color gi, but NO. (It's canon his favorite color is orange. I mean, he could be trying to not be like Skylor, but I digress.)
He really likes soft rock, which can carry some pretty emo vibes, depending on your taste and interpretation of the lyrics.
I just always picture him screaming "It is NOT a PHASE, DAD!!!", then storming off to climb the tallest mountain in the land like the fragile badass he is. I think he really needs a hug, but he won't ever admit it. Not over his dead body.
He probably (definitely) cried when Ninjago's MCR broke up. No amount of cake in the world would cheer him up.
