9 weeks have passed since the first appointment, and Stan had to watch everything come and go. He saw his boyfriend struggle, struggling on reaching life.

The doctors had said that he has a 70% or even higher to reach freedom. But unfortunately, they lied.
Doctors from the hospital had sent an emergency letter to Kyle's family.. And Stan. The words written in it wasn't too fancy, it only said one sentence.

The funeral wasn't much fun either, tears flooded the event and sadness breaks down everything. The skies were dark and dull. It would rain soon enough.

Stan stared at the rock based tomb in front of him. He wanted to cry, until Kyle's uncle came up to him. "I'm sorry boy, but this is what we could find.. And it has your name on it so we decided that you are the one who should read it."
The red haired man gave him an envelope colored in blue and red. It wasn't anything special.

He opened it to see a piece of paper with written words.

first of all, thank you. thank you for what you have done to my life, it had made it better. also thank you for taking care of me and giving me strength.
i want to say thank you for guiding me throughout these 8 weeks. it is amazing. i really hope i could be recovered at week 9.

but most of all, i must say sorry.

i lied to you.

i have never been in school during 3 years, it was all a bittersweet lie. i knew that i have lung cancer but it has gone worser in the past few months.

you could say i ran away from reality, from life, and from anything that could be a threat to me. but the real threat is myself.

but other than that apology, i must go. once again thank you for everything.

if you are worried, dont worry i am save here, above in the skies. i have rested in peace.
