We must have been driving for hours before we stopped at a petrol station to refuel and get food and a toilet break.
"Come on, come get something to eat and drink," a lady in a black suit and glasses says as she opens my side of the door.
I hop out and glare at her and the guy sitting next to her and stalk inside the shop.
I go straight to the sweets isle and grab whatever sweets I wanted. Then I put them on the counter to get paid for whilst I wait for the SUV people to come in and pay for it.
I am watching them come inside the shop when I see it.
A chance to take a runner.
I wait for the man and woman to get in front of me then I bolt for the door.
"Hey wait come back here!" They shout but I pay no attention to them.
I burst through the door and run across the carpark and into the woods on the side of the road. I keep running until I see a tall tree that I can climb up.
I run over to that tree and start climbing up as fast as I can until I get yanked back and heals up off the ground. I struggle trying to get out of the mans grip to no use. Soon enough we reach the car again and I get put inside the car and the doors are locked once again.
I cry as the man and woman get in the front of the car and start driving once again.
"We will reach your new home in about an hours time," she says to me ignoring my cries for her to let me go.
They start driving and I am left in the back to cry my self off to sleep.
An hour later I am woken up by the lady saying that we are here and the guy telling me to wait here whilst they go and get my 'new' parents.
I sit there in the car thinking of my best friend. I realize that I can't trust anyone and so I decide to shut my self off from everything and everyone to avoid getting hurt again. I won't talk anymore and I will try to run away the next chance that I get.
The car side door opens and I hop out slowly to appear tired and exhausted. I look up and spot Black Veil Brides standing there. I guess my favorite band is going to adopt me and I almost, almost smile at that fact. But I keep an emotionless face and when Jinxx starts towards me I just send him a hate filled glare. He stops and steps back a look of confusion across his face.
The boys and the two people who took me from my friend talk for a little bit more until the man and lady in the suit get in the car and leave.
The boys turn around and head inside and I see the clear driveway and I turn to run.
Except this time CC grabs me by the arm and kneels down to my level.
"Look I understand that you don't like it here and that they were kind of rough in getting you here but you need to know that the boys and I will give you the best possible life because that is why we adopted you. If you feel like it we chat chat later and you can tell me why you don't like it here. But come inside and get something to eat and drink ok," he replies standing up and letting go of my hand.
He hold his hand out to me but I look towards the end of the driveway and think. For some reason I feel like I can trust CC and so with that thought I take hold of his hand and go inside with him.
