Chapter 2~You're Kidding Right??

Chapter 2~Peyton's POV

Hallie and I finally reached homeroom and we sat in the back beside each other like we always do. then there was an announcement throughout the whole school *ding ding* P/A voice: students, this is your principal speaking. Originally, we had a special performance planned today for all of you but unfortunately the guests were unable to catch their flight due to bad weather. So instead i have decided to allow all of you be dismissed early today at 11:30, which i realize is in 5 minutes. Have a good summer! *ding ding* "oh my god! Hallie can you believe this??" "actually no i cant but im crashing at your house tonight, my mom just texted me." "YEAAHHH thats awesome!! well...LETS GET OUTTA HERE!!!"

When we got home i saw my mom standing in the kitchen looking frantic, so i quickly went over to her and said hello and then she said she needed to talk to me alone. i quickly looked at hallie and she was bent over petting my cat Henry. "Hey Hal! my mom needs to talk to me, be there in a second." "okaayyy"

"well okay what is it mom?" i asked. "Peyton, you might want to sit down for this." my mom said. "well you know ever since your father left us when you were 7, i had to find a job and i found an amazing job with a record company? well the one i got the job with is going out of business and they gave me another job with another company and its even better pay than now." she stated. "mom! thats great! atleast they didnt leave you without a job, but why do you look so shocked?" i asked worried. "Peyton, its in London." my mom said looking down. "hahaha you're kidding right? you have to be kidding. not London, England right?" i asked afraid of the answer. my mom sighed before continuing, "yes honey. London, ENGLAND." she said putting emphasis on the england part. "oh my god. i cant believe this is happening!" i shouted. "Peyton honey. Please calm down." my mom tried calming me down but failed. "CALM DOWN?!?! you want me to CALM DOWN?!?!" i shouted a little too loud. i breathed in before asking "when do we move?". my mom looked at me sadly, probably because she could see that my eyes were now glossed over with unshed tears. "next week" she said very quietly. "what? mom you're gonna have to talk louder" i said calmly. "next week" she said a little louder. okay now the tears were pouring. How the hell was i supposed to tell Hallie this? Maybe her mom already knows. Maybe my mom could tell her. All these thoughts were running through my head when i didnt even notice Hallie walk in. "Peyton? Oh my god! What's wrong?" Hallie asked. "Hallie. Im moving." i said it short and to the point. she looked at me like i was being attacked by birds. "What? no you're not. Why would you joke about this?" she asked and i could clearly see the tears forming in her eyes. "hals i know as much and you and i dont want to hear it, its true though." i said wiping tears off my face. "well it cant be that bad. where are you moving to?" hallie asked and it seemed liked she was calming down a little but i knew as soon as i told her i was moving to london she would loose it again. "umm....." was all i said. "PEYTON DARCY HILL!! JUST TELL ME ALREADY DAMMIT!!" she yelled at me and i flinched. "London. England. IM MOVING TO LONDON, ENGLAND!!!!!" i sobbed. "i have to go" was all hallie said and she stormed out the front door. i honestly have no idea why she would be mad at me its not like its my fault or choice. i looked and the clock on the wall and it read 12:47pm. 'well i guess i should get lunch' i thought. "Momma!! im going out to get lunch be back in like an hour.....maybe more!!!!" i shouted then i picked up my phone and keys and went out the door and climbed into my black range rover and i drove to a fancy cafe to get my lunch.

**2 hours later**

i was back home and i was laying in my room with One Direction's 'Another World' blaring throughtout my room while i was thinking about how Hallie was supposed to stay at my house tonight. oh well she will be fine. "YOU KNOW I'LL TAKE YOU TO ANOTHER WORLD! BABY LET ME FIND OUT YOUR SECRET JUST LET ME IN AND LET ME SHOW YOU THAT I'LL KEEP IT, CLOSE TO MY HEART JUMP IN THE DEEP END. JUST LET ME IN AND LET ME SHOW WHAT I'M MEANING!" my iHome blasted. Harry Styles' beautiful voice was just started to play when my mom came in my room and said "Peyton honey, you might wanna start packing some stuff. looks like we are leaving earlier than expected" my mom said calmly. i huffed and rolled my eyes "when are we leaving now?" i asked with a hint of an attitude. "3 days" "ugggghhhhh fine!" i said and i pulled out my suitcases and was starting to pull stuff to put in my suitcases and boxes when my phone started ringing. "baby you light up my world like nobody else" my phone rang out into silence. i looked at the screen as it continued to ring and it was an unknown number. i was heasitant to answer it but i finally gave in.

"Hello?"

"Peyton?"
