"Wally lets go! We're going to be late," Robin called as he straightened his hair quickly in the mirror.

"Coming!" Wally came out in his black attire that matched Robin.

"Where are you two going?" M'gann asked as she looked at the two boys' dark but fancier clothing.

"Breaking the laws of time-travel," Wally smirked.

"A funeral," Robin fixed his cuffs of the suit he wore.

"Should we come, friend?" Kaldur questioned, not knowing if it would be rude to not come.

"You don't have to. I just want to watch again," Robin said sympathetically.

"Again? Who are we going to see?" Artemis came into the room and admired the two boys' look.

"The Graysons," Robin walked out of the room.

"If you're coming, get into something nice. We'll be at the Gotham Cemetery," Wally followed his friend out the door.

---------------------------------------------

It was raining.

Dick remembered this day clearly:

Every person that spoke.

The repeated condolences from those that did and didn't care.

The exotic flowers that his mother loved so much that littered the area.

And finally, the billionaire that stood by his side the entire time. The one to pay for it all for them.

He stood in the back under an umbrella with Wally as they stayed unnoticed, watching the people that spoke in each language native to themselves. Robin silently translating as the team joined them silently.

"Human death is very saddening," M'gann said as a few tears fell from her eyes as people began to file out of the area, leaving a small Dick Grayson with Bruce Wayne and his butler as he mourned. Gordon standing a bit away from the three as they talked.

"Traumatizing for most. Richard Grayson never got over this," Robin nodded and held back his own tears.

"But it's been over 5 years in our time," Artemis looked confused.

"You say that like he's only depressed from the constant bullying," Robin raised an eyebrow.

"But he's rich and has girls swooning at him 24/7, how can that not help?" Artemis argued.

"Money isn't everything. He is an impressive actor though," Wally cut in, Dick raising an eyebrow from the compliment.

"Actor?" Kaldur stared at the boy that stood only with Bruce Wayne at the graves but looked to now be leaving to give the boy back to the social services worker parked outside the gates.

"It's in his blood from growing up with performers. The months in juvie only taught him to keep it up under stress," Robin explained.

"How do you know this?" Connor looked down at the boy.

"Artemis," Robin said simply.

"Me?"

"How many times have you seen him cry at school?"

She thought for a second and gave a grim look, "Never. Even after people cover his locker in fake blood and beat him to a pulp."

"That's terrible!" M'gann covered her mouth.

"It's life for him," Robin said and walked closer to the graves leaving the others behind. They had tried to follow but Wally had stopped them with a shake of his head.

"Let's give him some privacy. He needs this," Wally said, pulling them out of Connor's hearing range as he watched his friend pull the dark shades from his face and begin to cry as he talked to his parents over their fresh graves despite the use if the Bird's foreign language.

"What is he doing?" M'gann could still feel some of the sadness the boy was emitting from his place over the fresh soil.

"Talking. People find comfort in it when after the person has died," Wally explained.

"He knew them?" Artemis asked.

"He hangs out with Richard sometimes. He must be catching them up on everything in our time," Wally said as he spun the umbrella in his hands idly.

They stood in silence as they waited for Robin to finish, even if Wally had said it was okay for the others to leave. Wally walked towards the graves again when beckoned and told the others to wait for them there.

"-and this is Wally, the best speedster around. He's my best friend, even if he lives in Keystone and works as Kid Flash," Robin said, switching back to English, as Wally approached.

"Hi, nice to meet you. You have the coolest kid in the world as a son by the way," Wally waved as he slung an arm over his friend's shoulder.

"We started the Young Justice team together with Kaldur and Connor and help out the Justice League, it's fun," Robin continued but stopped as he seemed to get lost in thought. Wally noticing this thought it was time for them to head back since it was starting to get late, even with the rain.

"Dick, we should go. It's getting late and I want you to at least get some rest tonight," Wally said as turned the boy towards the entrance. "It was nice meeting you, Mr. and Mrs. Grayson. I'll take good care of him for you, he's in good hands," Wally said over his shoulder as the started to walk away, Dick saying his own goodbye and promise to visit when they get back to their own time in Romani.

A/N Hey guys! Hope your day is good. I'm in a good mood because I finally wrote something! It seems my writer's block is beginning to get broken but due to my busy schedule with summer school and my upcoming surgery, I probably won't be updating for a while still. I'll try to update when I can.

Tell me what you think, I love hearing it, and I hope you like the chapter.

Love you all! - Ghost
