Chapter 6: RollerSkating

Hiiiii~~ Well i wrote this part in summer school so it could be a little iffy? I'm still practicing my writing skills so tell me any problems and give me advice~. Thank you and enjoy~.

           A few days have passed, well to be exact, eight days  have passed since that incident with Claire. Why was Claire always on my mind? Was it because she was my best friend and I stabbed her in the back? Or was it because she stabbed me in the back? Agh! I need to seriosuly stop thinking about her. It is really messing up my mind.

          I got up from sitting next to the river and took off my white tank-top and my shorts; diving into the river. I swam arround and thought of chips and food and who the hell was i kidding? Claire was still on my mind. How am I suppose to get her out of my mind when it was so confusing to me.

           I heard a splash to my right . I quickly looked over, finding no one at all. My imagination? Guess so. I continued to swim around and look to see if there were anyone else. No one. So i laid down onto the water letting my hair glide as i floated. i closed my eyes and ....... "3,2,1", I instantly grabbed the hands of Dereck who was trying to pull me under the water. 

           "Well, look who we have here?" I looked straight into his beautiful eyes. He winked and held me close to him without a single word, just him breathing. After a few mintues he finally broke the silence, "Kimmii, slow down a bit. Confront Claire. If you don't you will always be thinking of her whether you like it or not". He looked at me and kisses my forehead softly, dropping himself into the water .

Dereck's P.O.V

          Her eyes, they are still unhappy. I went underwater while she stood there, thinking. I went for her leg and held her byt her tummy, making her fall into the water and ontop of me. I smiled and she started giggling. I knew she would giggle. She hit me on my head, screaming, "Dereck, stop doing that! This time ii wasn't aware! So it isnt fair. Plus you are going to get injured because of me". 

I began, "How in the world am I going to get hurt? You are so light. Now answer that princess."

She laughed and I watched her, pulling her closer to me, Kimmii, this weekend do you want to go Roller Skating at Lynn's Skating World?"

Her eyes widen in amazement and they started to sparkle. Time for her to almost kill me. She tackled me intot he water, almost drowning me.

She started to shout, "Oh my freaking gosh! Are you kidding me?! Of course, I would want to go!" 

She seemed to be happy but i'm afraid that she will be sad again. She kept pouncing on me and i grunted,

"Ok. Ok. We will go. And I take back about you being so light."

It was fun teasing her. She looked at me in shock and hit me. 

I stared into her eyes in silence,

"Kimmii, I love you so much my dear."

           It was Saturday and I kept staring at the text that said,

"Kimmii, do you want me to pick you up around 6 pm or a different time."

Yeah that was right, it is so obvious who sent the text. It was Dereck, of course. 

         I had already replied to him saying that it was great to come by at six or something along those lines.  This is the day to show off my roller skating skills. He would be surely shocked! I started to laugh, my most evilest laugh, when i started to cough and it broke off my laughter. Ahem...nothing to see here.
