(Landry's POV) I was walking out in the back porch it was 8:00 pm "Landry!" A familiar voice shouted I turned around and saw Liam jumping the fence "What's up?" I said calmly "Wanna go to the treehouse?" Liam said "Sure why not?" We climbed up the latter and made it in the treehouse when we got in there it looked like this

With pillows and blankets... "Why where you walking?" Liam asked "Oh...I just wanted some fresh air." I said "What where you doing jumping the fence you monkey!" I said giggling "Like you said Im a monkey 😂" Liam said smiling "After all these years am glad we are still best friends" I said "yeah the best 15 years of my life!" Liam said "Dang are we really that old?🤣" I asked "Nah I don't think so shorty." Liam said "Shorty?!" I asked curiously "New nickname I guess." Liam said smiling "Liam you smile to much" I said "Thanks!" Liam said laughing "What if you and Ricky dated?" "Lee,that's not going to happen why if isn't you its Ricky?" I said "What do you mean?" Liam said "Emery came up to me today,and asked me if I ever thought of considering you more than my best friend and then I noticed while you and I were hugging this morning Ricky looked mad/jealous for no reason." I said "Oh.... so you would never consider me more than your best friend?" Liam said I stayed quiet for 2 seconds. "Landry?" Liam said "No...I want to keep being best friends with you like we have already for 15 yrs." I said "ok." Liam said "Emery is up to something and I know it. He asked me if I liked you more than a friend and I said no and then he said not yet. Which obviously means something Liam." "Don't worry I'll have a talk with him tomorrow." Liam said "Thanks!"I said He hugged me tightly and I hugged him back. We got down from the treehouse,then Liam pushed me into the pool. "Liam!!" I said "What?" He said jumping into the pool also. We locked eyes for 5 seconds then he kissed my cheek. I just smiled. (Liam's POV) Did I just do that!? She just smiled calm down Liam, we are just friends and besides you're dating Brookelynn. "Liam...its already 9!" "Oh yeah,i should get going.." I said "Your soaking wet Liam!" Landry said "Oh...yeah nah its ok." I said Liam i want a long hug from you rn. Landry said I just smiled She came up and wrapped her arms around my neck and I had my hands on her waist,and we hugged for a good 2 mins. After we separated. "Well bye see you tomorrow Liam." Landry said "Bye Lan." I said "Monkey you better leave before your parents find out you aren't home." Landry said "My clothes being wet will make it obvious." I said "Well you decided to jump into the pool." Landry said giggling "I felt bad for you,after I pushed you into the pool." I said laughing "God your a crazy friend Liam Attridge." Landry said "Thanks for the compliment Landry."I said Then I left and jumped the fence.
