Jonah and Karli spent all night in the hospital
Jonah woke up before Karli did and saw Ben beside her
Jonah: Hey Ben
Ben jumped up
Ben: Hey
Jonah: What are you doing here?
Ben: Karli came when something happened to me and so I am here for her
Jonah: Oh
Ben: I'm sorry dude
Jonah: About?
Ben: This
Jonah: Oh....yeah
Ben: Your father is screwed up
Jonah: Well....our mother could be dead so...yeah he is
Ben: You want coffee or anything?
Jonah: No I'm good thanks
Ben: You sure?
Jonah: Yeah
Ben: You gonna wake Karli?
Jonah: No. It's best to just let her sleep. She needs that right now
Ben: Ok
Jonah: I'm gonna go to the bathroom though. I'll be back
Jonah gets up and heads to the bathroom
Karli moves a little but wakes up
She turns to Ben
She hugs him tightly
Karli: I'm so glad your here
Ben: I'm so sorry Karli. I wanna kill your dad so bad
Karli: I don't wanna lose you too
Ben: He deserves it
Karli pulls away
Ben: Does he?
Karli: Yeah *puts her head on Ben's shoulder* he does but you'll get in trouble
Ben: *sighs* I guess
Karli: Where's Jonah?
Ben: He went to the bathroom
Karli: Oh
Ben puts his arm around her
Ben: You feel cold
Karli: No I'm just scared
Ben: Why?
Karli wipes a tear from her cheek
Karli: Is my mom gonna live?
Ben: She just went unconscious
Karli: There was blood coming down on her face
Ben: What happened?
Karli: I don't know
Ben holds her tight
Jonah walks back
Karli: How's mom
Jonah: She is still unconscious
Karli wipes another tear from her cheek
Ben: Do you want anything?
Karli: Something to drink would be nice
Ben: Ok I'll be back
He gets up and heads to get something to drink
Jonah sits down next to her
Karli: I thought he changed
